We understand the friendship between China and Italy. One of the bigger reasons is the reciprocal and friendly relationship between businesses. Ms. Xia has long term contacts with the fashion industry in Italy. I hope to ask Ms. Xia Hua, what is your view on the future development of Italy brand in China?

Xia Hua:

Yi Wen group is a fashion group. Over the past few years, I have talked with the brand enterprises in Italy for more than ten years of "love", because cooperation with Italy enterprises has special enthusiasm and endurance, just like talking about a long time of "love".

When the last Chinese Entrepreneur Club visited Italy and met with Prime Minister Lenzi, I made a point: fashion industry occupies a huge proportion in Italy. But what kind of future will the industry have in China? I also made a speech on that visit not only Italy brand, but also many influential brands in Europe. Will it become a new or old love for Chinese consumers in the future?

Many European entrepreneurs ask me a question: why does their market performance in China, like roller coaster, decline very fast? Is it affected by the Internet? Many people feel that the impact of China's economic downturn is too.

I think the main reason is not these two. The main reason is that the consumption concept of Chinese consumers is undergoing tremendous changes. Today's 80 and 90's consumers become the main consumers. They are no longer moved by an elegant old aristocratic story. They even do not simply think about the history of the brand. They care more about the relationship between you and him. Yi Wen has 22 years of experience in the Chinese market and can feel the change of Chinese consumers today.

And the interesting phenomenon today is that many Chinese consumers will become brand sellers in the future. We launched a brand called "little black dress" created by a young entrepreneur in China last year. This brand has accumulated 4 million fans in about half a year. These fans are not only consumers of products, but also help to recommend the brand as spokesmen.

Great changes will take place in Chinese enterprises and Italy enterprises in the future. Italy's excellent technology, good product brand, good designers to the Chinese market, is still using the original experience and way of operation, or they can really find in the Chinese market has operational experience, will quickly lead the consumer partners, this is important.

Today's Internet has given us the opportunity to let every Chinese enterprise appear in the form of labels. China has the best industry in every industry, in every fine category: fashion, food, home, and even medicine and technology, and even many hidden champion enterprises. We label it with a label. Will we have the opportunity to form a partnership in Italy in this way? At least, it can enable many designers in Italy, many fashion industry enterprises to come to China quickly to find out who is the consumer, and find out where the market is quickly, which will make the cost of time the smallest. As a fashion industry, we also hope to have some mergers and acquisitions in Italy. We hope that we will not only become our partners in China, but also become a family and share responsibility for the future of this brand. At the same time, we also provide a collection of intelligent manufacturing platform, we can find designers, find good factories in China, and work together. These two platforms are open to many brands and enterprises in Europe.

Another interesting phenomenon is that we have invested a lot in the movie and entertainment industry. I always feel that fashion and entertainment are inseparable.

Yi Wen has invested about more than 40 entrepreneurial enterprises in China. They are very creative and dynamic enterprises. Looking for investment targets in Europe has put more emphasis on the past. Garment industry For example, many luxury goods and influential brands in Europe, but in recent years, we are more interested in the light luxury brand developed rapidly in Europe. Young people like the brand with high price, short design cycle and the latest brand away from fashion every year. This is what we need to invest in. Especially in the Chinese market, there are about a billion consumer groups. At present, we are looking for light luxury brands that can cooperate with Italy. We have already found some targets and hope to cooperate in the future.

We also hope to have investment cooperation with fashion entertainment industry in Italy. In the future, the internationalization of investment will be more and more cross-border, breaking the original boundaries more and more. So long as both sides believe that each other can provide value, there will be more and more opportunities for investment cooperation.
