The increase of market demand also stimulated the enthusiasm of chemical fiber enterprises to develop innovative dyed products.

During the yarn exhibition, besides the original liquid dyeing fiber enterprises exhibited the special products, many nylon based bio fiber enterprises, such as Guangdong Xinhui Mei DA and Tangshan Sanyou, all featured the original liquor coloring products.

Reporter: what is the current situation of the industrialization of coloring fibers in domestic raw water?

Li Xin: the coloring fibers of raw liquor are colored fibers obtained by spinning colorants into spinning solution or melts, also known as non dyed fibers or dyed fibers before spinning.

Under the situation of stringent environmental regulations, lack of water resources and higher requirements for sewage disposal, raw coloring fibers have attracted the attention of the market due to their low pollution, low energy consumption and low emissions.

At present, domestic raw liquor coloring fibers can be divided into 4 relatively large varieties: polyester, polyamide, regenerated cellulose fiber and polyacrylonitrile.

According to statistics, in 2014, the output of dyed fibers in China's crude liquor was about 4 million 500 thousand tons, accounting for 10% of the total output of China's chemical fiber.

The coloring fibers of raw liquor are mainly used in embroidery thread, sewing thread, vehicle textiles, outdoor textiles, socks and so on. Their applications in tooling, curtains and conventional textiles are becoming more and more extensive.

The development prospect of coloring fibers from raw liquor is good, and related supporting industries such as pigment, masterbatch and processing equipment have been nationalized and have the foundation for rapid development of the industry.

At the same time, if the raw liquor is dyed with differential and functional development, the fibers developed will be coloured and have high added value for the raw liquid. It is believed that this will also play a certain role in improving the capacity structure and stage surplus of the chemical fiber industry. This is also the direction we are working hard for.

Reporter: during the "12th Five-Year" period, is there a rapid development trend of the coloring fiber industry in China?

Li Xin: indeed, the output growth rate of coloring fibers in China's raw liquid is faster. Statistics show that the output of the products has increased by 14% over the past 5 years, which is higher than the average annual growth rate of chemical fiber output by 9.2%.

Among them, the average growth rate of raw liquid dyed polyester filament and staple fiber was 12% and 26% respectively, and the average length of polyamide 6 filament increased by 71%, while that of regenerated cellulose staple increased by 49%.

Reporter: at present, the coloring fibers of raw liquor are in the early stage of the rapid development of industry. What problems do we need to solve in the rapid growth period from the early stage of development?

Li Xin: next, if we want to further grow rapidly, we need to solve 4 main problems.

The product structure is not very reasonable. In polyester fiber, the production of polyester fiber accounts for about 90%, and other varieties account for less. Secondly, the color of products in the market is incomplete, and the black fiber accounts for about 2/3. The melt spinning raw liquid coloring polyesters and polyamide fibers are darker, and lack of deep dyeing, high color fastness and other varieties, which can not better meet the market demand. Thirdly, the market of coloring fiber products is mainly located in the middle and low end products. For the public, the raw liquor dyeing fiber is not a high quality product, and needs a process of understanding and acceptance. Finally, there is a problem of low price competition in the coloring industry, which can not completely guarantee the high quality of fiber products. Li Xin: the suggestion is mainly to promote the development of the industry from 4 aspects.

Industrial technology innovation strategic alliances, based on key enterprises, have established a complete industrial chain and technological innovation chain from pigment, masterbatch, fiber, yarn and fabric to end products. The industrial chain should continuously interact with each other to expand the high-end application fields. Thirdly, we should establish a perfect standard and technical specification system, focusing on establishing the product quality standard of color paste, masterbatch and raw liquor coloring fiber, establishing a color standard system for the varieties with large market consumption such as black and grey series, and establishing standards for evaluation and testing methods from pigments, masterbatch to textiles, etc. Finally, we should set up an industrial oriented public service platform to provide key common technology development, quality analysis, product standardization and other services for new product development and market regulation. First of all, chemical fiber enterprises should enhance the industrial technology level, improve fiber quality, provide more high-performance and differentiated new varieties of fibers for the post road enterprises, and secondly, enhance the level of collaborative innovation of the industrial chain.

Li Xin: China's raw liquid coloring fiber industry should break through from two aspects of technology and market.

First of all, technically speaking, during the "12th Five-Year" period, the breakthrough of online addition technology has solved the main technical problems of making small batch and multi variety of flexible product raw coloring fibers on large production installations.

At present, in the industrial chain, technological breakthroughs should be focused on high proportion pigments, dispersing and stabilizing technology of pigment and functional powder, control of rheological properties of pigment masterbatch and special resin preparation technology, high proportion online addition and dynamic dispersion technology of spinning melt / raw liquid, multi-functional coloring and polyester continuous polymerization technology.

From the market point of view, the market application is facing a bigger problem.

Fiber manufacturing enterprises are basically in the state of production according to the specified color of customers. The number of single orders is small, the proportion of color matching process and production pition materials is too high. Once these products are formed, inventory of these particular colors is difficult to sell again, which will cause the enterprise to die.

Therefore, the standardization, digitalization and application of computer simulation are particularly important.

Reporter: during the "13th Five-Year" period, what are the key development directions of coloring fiber products?

Li Xin: high quality, high function, low energy consumption and low emission are the development direction of the new generation of chemical fiber industry technology, and also the development direction of raw liquid coloring fibers.

In terms of high quality, we should focus on improving the brightness, color fastness, uniformity, uniformity and stability and safety of fibers and textiles. In terms of high function, we should focus on developing microfilament and antibacterial, antistatic and flame retardant functional coloring fibers. In terms of low energy consumption and low emissions, we should focus on developing new and efficient safety coloring agents, improve pigment content of masterbatches, develop high-efficiency and accurate on-line additive technologies for colorants, develop efficient mixing technologies, and enhance single line capacity.
