CCTV Pays Attention To The New Quality Productivity Of Changle Textile Industry
Recently, under the title of Fuzhou, Fujian: Turning Wastes into Treasures, Textile Enterprises Are Going Green, CCTV Finance Channel reported that textile enterprises in Changle District are actively transforming and upgrading to speed up the listing of green fiber products.
New products will drive
Thousands of weaving enterprises
In the production workshop of Fujian Yongrong Jinjiang Co., Ltd. located in Changle District, the new nylon yarn production line is in full speed production. The production line does not use petroleum extract raw materials, but sterilizes and breaks old clothes, socks, etc., through more than 10 links such as decolorization, melting, and wire drawing, and finally produces white spindles.
"Through the supercritical technology route of independent intellectual property rights, we have realized the recycling of waste clothing fabrics with more than 50% nylon content in the market." Liming, the technical director of the enterprise, said that at present, the production line has passed the recycling standard certification of the international textile trade industry, and was officially put into mass production after the Spring Festival holiday this year, It is estimated that the annual output can exceed 1000 tons, which will drive thousands of downstream weaving enterprises and promote more green fiber products to market.
"At present, there are more than ten brands willing to cooperate with us to develop post consumer recycled nylon, which are basically distributed in Germany, Italy, France, Japan and South Korea," Liming said.
The reporter in the sample display area of the enterprise saw that this recycled nylon yarn has been used in the production of more than 20 kinds of products, such as outdoor sports goods, windbreaker, underwear, etc. Recently, the enterprise plans to further increase production lines and improve production capacity.
New materials have new functions
Lower cost than imported products
This year, some textile enterprises in Changle are still trying to add new functions to low-carbon and environmentally friendly textile materials.
In the workshop of Fujian Changyuan Textile Co., Ltd. located in Changle, a new type of plant fiber material testing production line has been put into production. This new material is jointly developed by the enterprise and China Textile Research Institute. More than 80% of the ingredients are plant extracts, and flame retardant properties are added. Small scale production tests have been completed. It is estimated that the cost is more than one third lower than that of similar imported products.
"This material is extracted from some natural plants, such as bamboo pulp and cotton pulp, and is mainly used to replace some petroleum products, such as polyester and nylon. After this commencement, we have made improvements in the process parameters and a series of product equipment accessories, so as to make our equipment adapt to this new green product as soon as possible," said Shi Songwei, the company's chief engineer.
After commencement, the enterprise will send the latest produced samples for inspection at the first time to test the flame retardancy. The reporter from Fujian Provincial Fiber Inspection Center saw that the traditional plant fiber fabrics were quickly burned through under the open fire, while the new plant fiber fabrics were almost not ignited after being heated by the open fire for 12 seconds.
At present, this new material will further optimize the ingredients and production process, but some downstream enterprises are designing new products around this new material. It is expected that clothing using this material will be launched in the second half of the year. (Reporter Xu Wenyu)
