The 10 tons of melt blown material put into production this time is developed and produced by the Research Institute of PetroChina Dushanzi Petrochemical Company. It can not only solve the problem of raw material supply in the upstream of melt blown cloth production enterprises, but also save costs for downstream mask manufacturers. At the same time, it also means that Xinjiang has the ability of self-sufficiency in the whole industrial chain of masks.

Chen Jiguo, senior synthetic resin research engineer at Dushanzi Petrochemical Company Research Institute, said that last year, in order to solve the demand of Xinjiang mask melt blown fabric production enterprises for lack of upstream raw materials, the research institute set up a research and development project team for melt blown materials, built a production line for special melt blown materials with a daily output of 3.6 tons, and cooperated with Hai Rui textile and Clothing Co., Ltd. to promote the cost of 10 tons of melt blown materials after many experiments and trial production volume production.

Qu Guangxin, chairman of Hai Rui textile and clothing company, said that the company's original purchase of melt blown materials also needs to be purchased from the mainland. With upstream raw materials, the local government has not only opened up the whole industrial chain of Xinjiang masks, but also improved its own product technology.
