Shaoyang Textile Machinery Processing Division: Looking Forward To 2021

Recently, the processing division organized a work report meeting of all management personnel of the division. More than 20 members of the group of processing division and heads of various departments and departments attended the meeting.

The team members of the processing division respectively discussed how to improve product quality, how to improve 6S management, how to ensure safe production, how to improve processing capacity, and how to eliminate waste. The meeting pointed out that, first, it is necessary to improve the quality awareness of the whole staff. The production link is the first process of the product. The whole staff should take the concept of "quality is the life of the enterprise" rooted in their hearts and externalized in the form. Second, we should pay close attention to 6S management and work safety, and ensure "two hands and two promotion". To establish the safety awareness of the whole staff, the Department in charge of work must be in charge of safety, the management of business must be in charge of safety, and the management of production and operation must be in charge of safety, so as to truly achieve "two synchronization and two promotion". Third, we should concentrate on production, tap potential and expand production capacity. Through reasonable division of labor and improvement of business skills, people can stop working and expand production capacity. Fourth, we should make full use of resources, reduce costs and increase efficiency. Advocate rational use of resources and save manpower and time cost. Maintain and utilize the existing equipment. Put an end to all waste, reduce costs, reduce backlog. Increase the rational utilization of waste materials, discharge and scientific treatment of waste gas and sewage. Fifth, we should vigorously carry forward the "model worker spirit" and "craftsman spirit". Through post training, technical competition, appraisal and commendation, young people are trained.
