After returning to the dormitory, I could not hold back any longer. All grievances and forbearance were turned into tears. After letting off, calm down and ask yourself, why should I work so humbly for others, and I am so tired that I shall be scolded in the end? Why can't I be a boss myself? I asked myself again and again. After that, I chose to quit my job and go back to my hometown.
After returning to my hometown, I no longer want to work for others. I wanted to set up a shop in Youxian at that time. At the beginning, I didn't know what shop to open, so I went to the capital Changsha to inspect the market. A chance, I saw a shop called Ou Linya in yuhou Tang, Yuhua District. At that time, the door was advertised with bamboo fiber household clothes. At that time, it was curious, because I never knew what the bamboo fiber was, so I went into the shop to have a look. I understand that bamboo fiber is a new type of environmentally-friendly fabric. It is more breathable and comfortable than cotton. I think this market prospect should be very good, so I decided to open a shop selling bamboo fiber products. After choosing the project, we should choose the brand. At that time, I carefully investigated and understood several brands of bamboo fiber products, and olive was one of them. After a month of understanding and comparison, I decided to join olive.
In 2009, I joined olive to open my first bamboo fiber home furnishing store.
Because I have never had the experience of opening a shop, so I don't know the location of pre opening shops, including the opening process, and the subsequent operation, including the skills training of employees, the display of goods on display, the promotion activities of festivals, and so on.
