Shenzhen singer announced that it had signed a joint venture agreement with Saint Paul Intellectual Property Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "San Po Qi"), and jointly invested in the establishment of a joint venture in Shenzhen, Guangdong, to manage self-portrait brand in mainland China.

According to the terms of the agreement, he invested 30 million yuan in currency and held a 50% stake in the joint venture company. Saint P Qi invested 30 million yuan in intellectual property rights and held 50% equity in joint ventures.

In November 2013, Malaysia designer Chong Han Loon (Zhang Hanlun) founded self-portrait brand in London, England. Chong Han Loon studied at the central Saint Martin Institute in London. He was well received in the 2009 Venice Biennale and the 2013 Munich Arts Festival.

The introduction of self-portrait brand is expected to continue to expand the brand lineup of the company and its share in the high-end international fashion market. "With the continuous development of the high-end brands of the company, the synergies of all brands will be further developed, and the efficiency of the company in management, operation and finance will continue to be improved," he said.

Headquartered in Hongkong, San Po Qi holds the trademark ownership of self-portrait brand, which is responsible for trademark application, registration, maintenance and business value development. It is also responsible for quality inspection and logistics work of some brands.
