Operation Of Chifeng Textile Industry

Textile industry is one of the traditional industries in Chifeng. After decades of development, it has developed a processing and manufacturing system mainly based on wool spinning, cotton spinning and cashmere products processing.

Among them, the processing of cashmere products has become the largest sector in the textile industry.

The city's enterprises engaged in cashmere processing and weaving mainly include Chifeng Dongli villi Co., Ltd., Chifeng St. Lun wool products Co., Ltd., Chifeng Zhao Wuda Cashmere Products Co., Ltd. and other more than 10 enterprises, mainly distributed in Hongshan, Yuanbaoshan, Linxi and other flag counties, and products are exported to Japan, Korea, the United States and the European Union and other countries and regions.

The textile industrial park in Hongshan Economic Development Zone has become the largest specialized industrial park specializing in cashmere products processing in eastern Mongolia.

At present, the annual output of cashmere is about 1000 tons, accounting for 20% of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region's output, and the cashmere trade volume is 2500--3000 tons, the largest cashmere distribution center in eastern Mongolia.

The city's cashmere enterprises have 450 tons of spinning capacity and 2 million cashmere sweaters.

The "Hanshan White Cashmere Goat" of Bahrain Right Banner was named "high-quality white cashmere goat" by the people's Government of autonomous region in 1995.

Chifeng Dongli villi Co., Ltd., a leading enterprise, has developed the whole industrial chain from cashmere acquisition, sorting, washing, carding, dyeing, spinning, weaving, finishing, product packaging, and equipment development to cashmere products export.

The cashmere storage capacity of the company reached 800 tons, 550 tons of washing flush, 400 tons of wool without wool, 300 tons of spinning, 800 thousand of cashmere sweaters, 600 tons of cashmere each year, accounting for more than 50% of the cashmere output in the city.

The products are exported to Italy, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the United States, Japan and Hongkong, and the export sales rate is 97%.

Focusing on leading industries and fist products, the company has focused on building an industrial system of production, supply and marketing, and integration of trade, industry and animal husbandry. It has become one of the leading enterprises in Inner Mongolia area.

In 2018, the city's cashmere enterprises achieved an output value of 1 billion 100 million yuan, an increase of 9.2% over the same period last year, and realized the main business income of 990 million yuan, an increase of 12.1% over the same period last year, and realized a profit of 74 million yuan, an increase of 28.8% over the same period last year.

There are more than 3000 employees.

In the first quarter of 2019, the output value of cashmere in the city was estimated to be 225 million yuan, an increase of 54.3% over the same period last year. The main business income was 210 million yuan, an increase of 30.7% over the same period last year, and realized a profit of 10 million 400 thousand yuan, an increase of 89.8% over the same period last year.

From the enterprises surveyed, the main problems existing in the textile industry in Chifeng are as follows: firstly, the overall scale of the industry is relatively small and the industrial chain is short; two, most of the enterprises have incomplete industrial supporting systems, and the form does not have comprehensive advantages; the three is that most enterprises have low equipment level, backward technology and low product grades; four, the technological progress, product development and innovation ability of enterprises are not strong; five, there is not enough awareness of independent innovation and brand building, and lack of follow-up development capability.
