The Fourth National Textile Industry Cluster Pilot Area Recheck Work Started
Recently, from the China Textile Industry Federation, it was informed that the fourth national textile industrial cluster pilot area will be rechecked.
In accordance with the requirements of the China Textile Industry Federation to strengthen the deployment of textile industrial clusters, a review is carried out every 3 years.
In 2016, third comprehensive reviews were conducted, and fourth reviews will be conducted this year.
The purpose of this review is to carefully review the implementation of the agreement in the past 3 years, by comparing the implementation of the agreement in 2016 over the past two years, and to summarize the achievements and problems in the development of the cluster economy and the effects and deficiencies of the pilot project.
The main target area is the industrial cluster area that has been in the pilot for 3 years. After 2017, it has also been required to report the materials in less than 3 years. The review work is conducted in conjunction with the key examination of the Federation in the pilot area. The organizing group of experts will examine the materials and key examination results reported by all the cluster pilot areas on the basis of cluster self-examination. In the 3 quarter of this year, the national textile industry cluster review meeting will be convened to determine the pilot area and its name of the textile industry cluster, and sign the agreement on the pilot construction of the "2019~ 2021" period. It is reported that since the launch of the textile industry cluster pilot project in 2002, the Federation of Chinese textile industry has always strictly screened, inspected, absorbed and updated the cluster pilot areas in accordance with the requirements of the China Textile Industry Federation industrial cluster pilot rules.
By the end of 2018, there were 215 textile industry clusters in China and the China Textile Federation.
