From pportation to spinning, almost all of them are completed by the "intelligent machine", and this is the production state of the intelligent chemical plant built by Wei Qiao textile.

This investment of 300 million yuan in 125 thousand spindles intelligent compact spinning plant, all the selection of the most advanced intelligent spinning equipment in the world today, can achieve "automatic production", "intelligent control system" and "on-line monitoring information". The production process is highly continuous, saving 5/6 manpower, and the yarn quality is further stable and improved.

In the intelligent spinning factory, the product positioning high-end compact spinning line, 10000 spindles employment only 10 people.

There are many workers, especially distant workers, who need to go home for the new year. But our production has not been affected. You are like a spinning female worker, that is to watch the machine. The average person takes care of 20 thousand spindles, up to 24 thousand spindles. It should be said that the production efficiency has increased by more than ten times compared with the previous ones. The previous time was 2 to 3 thousand spindles, which was mainly due to our facilities and some of the tools we used were highly automated.

The production scale of the entire intelligent plant is 125 thousand spindles. The factory of the same size needed more than 1000 people. Now the whole intelligent chemical plant only needs 100 people.

The production line can realize automatic pportation from the first floor to the two floor, and solve the problem of roving cross storey pportation.

The production line of the intelligent production line in the factory is 35 kilometers long. It is the first automatic packaging production line in the world, which is compatible with carton packaging and automatic automatic sewing. The automatic packaging system of the production line is reduced by more than 90%, and the packaging cost is saved by more than 20%. Many standards of the production line are in the leading position in the same industry.
