In view of the shortage of professionals in our textile and garment industry, Li Anmin, a member of the CPPCC National Committee and a full-time deputy director of the 93 society of Xinjiang, suggested that we should speed up the training of local textile talents and build a multi-level training system.

The "13th Five-Year" development plan of the autonomous region textile industry pointed out that by 2020, the gross industrial output value reached 150 billion yuan, cotton spinning capacity reached 18 million spindles and loom 20 thousand units.

The rapid development and upgrading of the textile industry require a large number of professionals who have solid theoretical knowledge and strong practical ability.

Li Anmin suggested that personnel training in textile schools should be highlighted at various levels and professionally.

Li Anmin: "build a professional system covering a complete industrial chain, adjust relevant professional settings and scale of personnel training, and promote the growth of talents in secondary vocational, higher vocational and undergraduate education", promote the training of talents in secondary and vocational schools, and stimulate the enrollment of secondary vocational schools.

At the same time, Li Anmin also proposed the relevant incentive policies to strengthen the textile industry's school enterprise cooperation.

Li Anmin: "to the textile and garment enterprises employment students to give a certain degree of subsidy policy based on their working life and technical level, and to put these technical talents in the textile and garment enterprises for a long time, to encourage enterprises to actively participate in school enterprise cooperation, cultivate talents, build a linkage mechanism of" government enterprise school ", and implement the modern apprenticeship mode of personnel training.
