Sanfo'S First Public Annual Report Is Delighted.
Sanfo outdoor released its first annual report.
According to the company's 2015 annual report, in 2015, Sanfo realized operating income of RMB 328 million yuan, an increase of 12.37% over the same period last year, and realized a total profit of RMB 41 million 363 thousand and 400 yuan, an increase of 10.74% over the same period last year. The net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies was 30 million 802 thousand and 100 yuan, an increase of 10.60% over the same period last year.
By the end of 2015, the company's total assets amounted to 428 million 400 thousand yuan, and its net assets attributable to shareholders were 360 million yuan.
Once the net profit in 2014 dropped by 14.59% compared to the previous year, Sanfo's outdoor activities after the listing were frequent, pulling the growth of performance.
The report shows that in 2015, Sanfo managed three categories of outdoor clothing, outdoor shoes and socks and outdoor equipment, and introduced products of running, outdoor outdoor, skiing, self driving, bicycles and so on. It basically covered all kinds of outdoor products, and about more than 380 licensed products, covering the mainstream brands of outdoor products, with high end brands and low end brands as secondary.
Through the agency, distribution, private brand design, R & D and other ways, we can build a rich and complete product structure to meet various outdoor sports needs.
In 2015, Sanfo outdoor also set up "Beijing Sanfo dream Travel Service Co., Ltd.", mainly outdoor and outdoor experiential tours.
Future outdoor activities, event operations and outdoor travel will become a new profit growth point for the company.

In 2016, the company planned to open 4~5 new stores, including 2~3 flagship stores.

In addition, Beijing Sanfo Outdoor Sports Management Co., Ltd., Sanfo, is a professional outdoor sports service company and outdoor sports company. In 2015, it organized nearly 1000 outdoor activities in the whole country and attended more than 50 thousand people.
