Leadership language serves specific purposes, which are different from those of non leadership roles.

Your communication is responsible for providing the present and future intentions, explaining complex pactions, showing the determination to face adverse situations, clearly expressing what others have not noticed, visiting organizations that support commitments and standards, instilling the purpose and inspiration.

These are not plain, casual and vague language that can be achieved.

Before your next leadership meeting, seriously choose what you want to say.

To make clear

Specifically, they can arouse them to preview loudly in front of those you trust.

Let's see how they feel. Leadership language has its characteristics. It must be morale and boldness. You must feel natural about these needs.

Too many leaders don't know what to say because they don't know what they want.

Whether it's formal or informal, ask yourself, "what will happen next? What do I want?"

If the answer is to organize

share

You have a better chance to address these broader needs and goals, not just your personal needs.

If you don't know what you want (or worse, you want to pursue the self centred purpose), you should keep quiet until you are ready to express clearly the broader views of the organization.

"But" is a refutable conjunction. If your intentions are positive, do not use positive phrases.

However, no matter what happens before, it is not entirely effective.

The common statement is, "I like your project, but..."

This is skeptical of sincerity and emphasizes what speakers want to change.

When one

Leader

Say, "thank you for your feedback, but I want to..."

The common impression is, "I don't understand what you say, and we'll do it according to my idea."

A better statement is, "I think about your feedback and stick to my decision."

Similarly, a leader will give a speech to a team. "The team finished well last quarter, but now we must focus."

Better expression is, "your performance in the last quarter is just the driving force we need, because this quarter will have greater challenges."

Do not use "but", use "and", "however", "except" or "that is to say".
