What Should We Do When The Workplace Is Forced To Resign?

The Workplace Is Forced To Resign.

What is the typical case of workplace resignation? The protagonist worked for six years in a large American company without violating any rules and regulations of the company.

A few days ago, my immediate supervisor tried to persuade him to quit his job in private. He also told me in the name of the company: if I don't take the initiative to resign, I will be assigned more workload. The rate of error will naturally increase greatly. If I make a mistake, I will be given warning letter until I can not afford to leave.

The hero is puzzled: if the company wants to quit, will HR torture people through this way and let people voluntarily resign?

Or is it my direct instructions from my superiors?

Are there any ways to protect yourself?

Before we talk about this topic, we need to get a brief understanding of the process of company expulsion.

Generally speaking, there are two reasons for a company to expel an employee:

1. because of staff

An error

Cause great losses to the company.

2. staff posts are incompetent.

Note that the two reasons why I say these are not the kindness of the company but the stipulation of the labor contract law.

In addition, the company can not expel employees for any reason (if you have to sign a labor contract with the company), for example, employees are late, work and play games, too ugly and so on.

Moreover, the procedure of expulsion of employees is rather complicated. For example, the company must produce sufficient evidence (evidence that the law can be trusted) to prove that the employee's work mistake has caused great losses to the company and can be expelled from employees.

If it is an unfit post, first of all, the company must produce enough evidence to prove that the employee is not competent. After that, the company must arrange the corresponding job training. If the assessment is not enough, the employee can be dismissed after the training.

Back in this case, my judgment is not that the company wants to.

Expulsion of staff

Instead, the boss forced the employee to leave when he borrowed the name of the company.

In the normal process of a company, if any manager wants to dismiss his employees, the first step is to communicate with the human resources. (otherwise, if you want to open the company, it is not necessary to mess up). After the department managers and human resources have reached an agreement, sometimes there will be personnel from the Ministry of justice, depending on the rank of the employees being fired, and the following staff will deal with problems such as notifying employees and expulsion from negotiations.

Quit

Procedures and other matters are all solved by human resources.

Department managers at this time basically did not show up.

On the one hand, on the one hand, it is considered to avoid intensifying the antagonism of employees. It is more appropriate to talk about the third party's human resources.

On the other hand, it also prevents department managers from crowding out employees under the name of the company.

So, generally speaking, as long as it is not for human resources to talk with you, others can think that he does not represent the attitude of the company (except the company boss), and I have several suggestions on the problems in this case.

First, collect the evidence that your boss strongly advises you to leave. It can be written mail and telephone recording.

The more comprehensive, the better.

Second, timely communication with the company's human resources department, it is recommended not to mail directly to human resources interviews, ask questions: whether to leave me is the meaning of the company or personal meaning of the boss.

If it is the meaning of the company, you can ask it to provide the grounds for dismissal.

Follow up is negotiation, if agreed to leave the company how much compensation, and so on.

If HR is clear that it is not the meaning of the company, ask HR immediately about the problems you have encountered so that you can blow up the intentions of your superiors.

Third, if you feel that the relationship between you and your boss can be repaired, or if the company's system is sound, even if your relationship is not good, you will not be removed. Then go on with your work.

If you feel you can't continue to stay in this department, put forward a post changing or changing department. After all, the best way to protect oneself is exposure.

(note that the exposure I say is an exposure to the human resources of the company. Never say that people everywhere say it is taboo.

Because once the whole company knows that your relationship with your boss is broken, who will dare to accept you later?
