The project is jointly built by Huarun, the world's top 500 company Huarun group, to join the leading brand Semir group of domestic garment industry.
"Among the co founded companies, Mori Ma accounted for 49% of the shares and Huarun accounted for 51% of the shares."

The construction of the Mixc project with Huarun is mainly based on three considerations.

As a clothing retailer, Semir terminal channel is very important.
At present, 85% of Semir outlets are dominated by street shops, and 90% of them are mainly rented.
Our participation in the Mixc's construction is to enrich our channel form. On the other hand, we want to enhance our channel control power and reduce channel risk by increasing the proportion of our own property.
