Recently, there are new cotton coming from different places.

According to the provincial cotton warning system information point, the climate in our province is clear, the rain is normal and the moisture content is good. The overall growth of cotton is better than that of last year.

At present, there are sporadic new cotton picking in public security, Tianmen, Qianjiang and Hanchuan. Many cotton farmers have 100-200 Jin of new cotton, which is better than last year's quality.

At present, there is no information about acquiring new cotton in all parts of the country. The 400 type factory in our province usually opens up in mid 9 months. In the same period last year, Wuhan, public security, Qianjiang, Tianmen, Xiantao and other places had already begun to buy Cotton Traders, and some cotton merchants in Shandong and Anhui provinces were buying and selling them in our province.

Unlike previous years, this year, small factories and cotton traders did not move. They did not seem to have entered the state of acquiring new cotton. The market was so calm that they were far from the excitement of last year.

First, some cotton enterprises still have stock (zero inventory or very small stock) in previous years, and they are unable to cope with the acquisition of new cotton.

Some enterprises failed to sell well last year because of their large inventory and difficult operation.

At present, there is no capital and capacity to carry out the acquisition of the new year.

Two is the cotton price trend so that we dare not act hastily.

Cotton prices have been declining all the way, and there is no sign of stability yet. Last year, when new cotton started to scale, prices rose all the way. The price movements of both countries were opposite, and confidence in the market was also quite different.

Four, it is difficult for the acquisition funds to be in place.

The acquisition funds of type 400 factories are mainly derived from bank loans. Now the acquisition funds of enterprises are not yet in place. At present, they are cleaning up the factory buildings, repairing equipment, training workers, and sending personnel to investigate market information, so as to prepare for the acquisition of new cotton.

The critical period of cotton sitting peach and boll opening is affecting the market situation in the late stage.

Some cotton growers are beginning to neglect the management of cotton fields, and will mainly focus on other cash crops or migrant workers who have large profits.
