The "Hysteric" in Hysteric Glamour means "hysteria" in English, while "Glamour" means "charm". Hysteric Glamour has 4 main series. Hi-End Line is divided into "Hysterics" of women's clothing and "Thee Hysteric" of men's wear line, as well as the main attack on young people's market. The third is the "children's wear" series. Fourth of the "Lei" is a product line that has been warmly echoed by the original series in the series.

Hysteric Glamour advocates Rock Style, always doing some retro and novelty products. The theme of the season is often the rock stars from the late 70s to the first half of 80s as the design concept. Nude women are the most common elements.

Hysteric Glamour designer Kitamura Nobuhiko (Nobunhiko Kitamura) was born in Tokyo in 1962. In 1984, it began working in the brand Ozone Community, and was founded in the same year as the Hysteric Glamour of Japan's far ancestor clothing brand. Apart from costumes, he also takes charge of all aspects of store design, album design and other works related to Hysteric Glamour. In his growth process, culture in the 60 and 70s influenced Kitamura Nobuhiko deeply. In Kitamura Nobuhiko's childhood, from the thinking mode of music, caricature, yellow publication, Hot Rod, American car and media subculture, he became the inspiration basis for his future design concept. He used those images in his imagination and expressed them in his clothes. So in his clothes, he could see the trend of Pop, Kitsch and humor, plus the media energy of fusion packaging design and neon lamp, which was exactly a special individual language belonging to Hysteric Glamour.

The early Hysteric Glamour is mainly women's clothing, and in the world of Hysteric Glamour, it is totally out of touch with rock and art. Mika Nakashima, a cool looking woman, is particularly fond of Hysteric Glamour, and Mika Nakashima once said, "I like this brand without any loss of femininity." Hysteric Glamour and Mika Nakashima had a little story: when she was not on TV for a long time, when Kitamura Nobuhiko's wife, NAO, did not know that she was Fans of Hysteric Glamour, she invited her to be the Hysteric Glamour special magazine of NAO.
