During his internship, Dongming was steady, active and friendly to colleagues. He was deeply appreciated by his colleagues and leaders.
A year later, as Dongming worked hard and positively, it was promoted to sales director for the first 9 months in a row.
Li Sheng, the immediate superior of Dongming, is a quiet man who is rather eccentric and has few dealings with his subordinates.
Under the leadership of Li Sheng, Dongming felt very depressed, so Dongming began to think of ways to squeeze Li Sheng away. With the good relationship with her colleagues, Dongming deliberately isolated Li Sheng on many occasions. At work, Dongming was also taking the lead. Li Sheng was very unhappy about the power of Li Sheng.
Contradictions are inevitable, and there will always be times when there is an outbreak.
The two member relationship was openly broken at a meeting. In the face of Li Sheng's accusation, Dongming immediately counterattacked and the two party relationship worsened.
The final result is that Dongming is forced to resign.
The reason is that Li Sheng is one of the founding veterans of the company. "Backstage" is very hard. In order to maintain the authority of Li Sheng, the leaders of Dongming have to resign.
Case comment:
The practice of Dongming is nothing but an egg strike. A very important reason is that he does not know the complexity of the workplace.
If we do not understand the situation, we must act hastily, which will lead to failure.
In addition, a very important reason for his failure is that the support of the masses is weak, and a subordinate will fight with his leader in his own future.
You know, there are many ways to get promoted. It's a wise way to get a good job and get a promotion by fair and reasonable means of competition.

Yesterday's sales meeting was very stiff because Liu Fei had "mixed up" and led the leader to be embarrassed.
The meeting ended halfway.
On the one hand, I applaud Liu Fei for his dauntless spirit. On the one hand, I am very worried about his future career.
This is what happened: Liu Fei worked as a sales representative in our company half a year ago.
Liu Fei, who graduated from a university, is very voluble and talks more and more.
In visiting the market and selling business, Liu Fei has his own unique understanding of the operation and sales management of the market, but his advice to his superiors has never been adopted. The leader thinks Liu Fei has little experience.
He refused because his proposal was impractical and difficult to operate.
This makes Liu Fei very angry, obviously his idea is good for the company, why the company does not accept it.
He thought that the leader was deliberately trying to embarrass him.
Finally, at yesterday's sales meeting, the senior leaders expressed their dissatisfaction with the decline in monthly sales volume and asked everyone to make a review.
Liu Fei immediately declared that if he carried out the implementation according to his method, it would not be the case, the responsibility lies in the leadership.
In this way, the leadership was embarrassed and not good enough to happen, so the sales meeting broke up.

Liu Fei's fault lies in his inability to handle the relationship with his superiors properly.
Liu Fei's approach is like giving the impression to superiors. One is to make fun of others and to express themselves, two is dissatisfaction with leaders and no respect for leaders.
No matter what kind of leadership, leaders will not like such employees.
People are all face saving, let alone leaders.
If Liu Fei is working on weekdays, he should set his mind at ease and be modest and studious.
I often communicate with leaders and ask for advice, and when I have the right time to put forward my own views, I am afraid this is another scene.
[case (three)] - no opinion.
Xiao Wang has been in our company for more than 3 years. The area under his jurisdiction has been doing well. The monthly sales volume has been hovering around 100 thousand yuan. As the key development of the township market, the superior regional manager is very anxious. He has repeatedly talked to Xiao Wang, but also criticized and trained.
Sales volume has been in place.
For the criticism of leaders, Xiao Wang is also trembling with fear and every day according to the leadership's requirements. Therefore, Xiao Wang handled ambiguity between customers and leaders, and even more concession to clients.
Customers see Xiao Wang so, it is not to put him in the eyes, let alone do as he said.
Over time, the control of customers is in a state of laissez faire, sales will naturally not be good to where.
Finally, under the management of the last elimination system, Xiao Wang was eliminated.
Case comment:
The main reason for the failure of Xiao Wang's workplace lies in the fact that the experience of his superiors is applied mechanically and he will not be flexible in practical work.
In dealing with customers, there is no independent opinion.
Ambiguity in dealing with the two party relationship shows that he is not clear about his position and does not have a clear sense.
In short, there is still a long way to go when new people enter the workplace and mature.
