No one thought that a temporary trade union with only junior high school culture was interested in the disposal of rubbish.

Zhong Fuqiao is trying to find out whether there is a more environmentally friendly, economical and simple way of garbage disposal.

At that time, garbage sorting and screening, recycling and recycling of waste materials, the automatic process of combustible material picking up and sending to combustion has existed, but how to deal with the remaining garbage (mainly organic matter) has become a problem.

Zhong Fuqiao experimentation, after crushing and sifting the remaining refuse, adding the active bacteria (including fermented bacteria and HB bacteria) evenly, putting in the fermentation tank, adding the clay powder to humidity control, heating up 80-95 degrees centigrade, disinfectant for one hour, then cooling down to 60-75 C, adding HB strain to aerobic fermentation for one hour, after discharging, after cooling, it can be bagged into organic fertilizer, thus achieving the goal of full utilization of resources.

In March 2009, he won the national patent for the comprehensive utilization technology of MSW harmless treatment.

Challenge dioxin

In fact, before the invention of Zhong Fu Qiao was awarded the national patent, his technology had been popularized in Tianxin District of Changsha.

Li Xuming, director of the Tianxin District Sanitation Bureau at that time, introduced that in 2006, after the relevant experts affirmed Zhong Fuqiao's technological invention, he decided to pilot in the area of Da Tuo Town.

"We install the equipment in a brick factory and refuse disposal can produce organic fertilizer, and the remaining clay can also be used to make bricks."

At first, Zhong Fu Qiao put the organic fertilizer on its own responsibility field. The result showed that the organic fertilizer could increase rice yield by 80 kilograms.

The hollow brick made of residual clay has a strong ability to resist strong compression.

Of course, the most important thing for the sanitation department is that this process is simple and fast for garbage disposal.

Li said that the daily waste generated by the town is between 50 and 80 tons per day. The landfill cost is about 180 yuan per ton of domestic waste, which does not include the site fee of the dump.

After the process of Zhong Fu Bridge, the daily garbage of the town of Da Tuo was processed and there was no two pollution. The cost was reduced to about 100 yuan per ton.

After numerous experiments, Zhong Fuqiao invented a three glue, which he put into the water tank and gradually diluted dioxins into the water tank through the rotation of the drum inside the water tank.

Li Xu said that through expert detection, Zhong Feng Qiao's current treatment process basically solved the problem of dioxin pollution from incineration of garbage, and the water in the tank can also meet discharge standards after a week.

After being confirmed by experts, Chung Fu Qiao decided to apply again to the State Patent Office.
