Shandong Clothing College Graduates' Internship And Employment Fair Held Ceremoniously
In August 29th, the 2011 graduate student employment fair was held in Shandong Vocational Institute of Clothing Technology.
It includes Shanshan Garments Co., Ltd., Qingdao red collar Clothing Group Co., Ltd., Chinese suit group, Shandong Mobile Corporation, Qingdao Hengda Group and other L80 employing units from Shandong, Beijing, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and other 8 provinces, districts, and municipalities. It also provides more than 9000 internship positions for college graduates, providing more than 3 times the number of graduates in 2011.
From the needs of participating units, clothing professional interns are still the "meat and potatoes" of the employing units.
In order to attract graduates effectively, many employers sent alumni alumni of past years to introduce the situation and their good development to the graduates.
The school leaders said that the annual campus supply and demand meeting is a great opportunity for the college to listen to the opinions and suggestions of the employing units on the training of the school personnel. The requirement for talents is the strong basis for the continuous adjustment of the personnel training.
Schools should further "pragmatic" in personnel training, and continuously increase the seamless connection with enterprises and society.
In recent years, the college has strengthened cooperation between schools and enterprises, signed friendly cooperation agreements with many famous enterprises, established employment practice bases, and provided more and more internship and employment options for graduates.
Emphasis should be placed on strengthening the employment guidance of graduates, inviting outside school entrepreneurs and school employment guidance experts to organize lectures and actual combat on various contents such as career planning, job preparation, demand for talents in various industries, and entrepreneurship for college students, so as to guide college students to understand more about social needs, expand their development space, and improve their comprehensive quality and employability.
In order to promote the full employment of college students, the Institute persists in the work of College Students' employment concept education, and invites outside experts, entrepreneurs, employers and alumni as part-time instructors, through regular reports, online schools, forums and personalized counseling, and other forms of regular employment guidance activities, so that students' career choices are clearer, employment mentality is more pragmatic and employability is more complete.
