The comparative test results show that the mainstream brands are of good quality, but some product labels lack information, and the relevant national standards are missing.

This comparative test is divided into three parts, one is the basic safety performance; the other is the conventional wear performance; the three is functional, which involves 5 types of 6 basic safety performance testing items, such as disable decomposable aromatic amine dyes, formaldehyde content, dry friction color fastness, water fastness, alkali resistance / acid perspiration fastness.

Of the 10 brands, 6 brands showed basic safety standards and safety categories, 2 brands showed safety categories, and 2 brands did not express basic safety standards and safety categories.

Although the products tested are all coats, there are 2 brands of products that are expressly classified as B (direct contact with skin). The products of the 6 brands are expressly classified as C (non direct contact with skin), and 2 brand products have not indicated safety categories.

The formaldehyde content of this test product is less than 75 mg / kg, which meets the requirements of direct contact with skin products (category B), and the formaldehyde content of most products is below 20 mg / kg.

Mountaineering clothing fabrics are mostly coated or pressed fabric. Due to the implementation of GB 18401-2003 standard for many years, the enterprises pay more attention to formaldehyde content of the products, and the process is constantly improved, so that formaldehyde in the products is not exceeding the standard.

In addition, in recent years, due to the prohibition of the use of decomposable aromatic amine dyes, the intensity of supervision and inspection has been great. Many dyestuffs factories have stopped producing dyes that are harmful to human body.

No banned aromatic dyes were banned in the test. There was no problem in the product's color fastness (dry rubbing fastness, water fastness, alkali resistance / acid perspiration fastness test).

The analysis of routine performance test showed that 7 brands of the 10 brands of mountaineering clothes showed the implementation standard of the products, and 3 brands did not specify the implementation standards of the products.

Zipper is an important part of mountaineering clothes. Its quality directly affects wearability.

The products of the 10 brands include nylon and injection two zippers, and two kinds of zippers have different strength evaluation indexes.

The test results show that the zipper strength of the 10 brands meet the requirements of the relevant standards.

Outdoor sports equipment is lighter and better, but it also meets the special requirements of outdoor sports.

The overall weight of mountaineering clothing is the total of fabric and accessories, but the weight of fabric is one of the main factors.

The products are mostly coated or pressed. If the product is light and has many functions such as moisture permeability, waterproof and wind protection, it is of course the direction of fabric design.

The weight of the square meter reflects the weight of the fabric. Compared with the 10 products, it is obvious that some products are not only light in weight, but also have good performance in terms of moisture permeability, waterproofing and wind protection function. However, there is a big gap between the products in terms of moisture permeability and hydrostatic pressure. Some of them get 1 stars, while others get 4 stars (see table below).

The analysis shows that the basic safety of the 10 brands tested is in line with the relevant national standards. The regular wear performance of the products is also in line with the requirements of the specified product standards. Most of the products are worthy of the name in terms of functional quality, but there are still some undesirable problems in individual products.

Lack of information in product identification is the problem found in this inspection.

The quality of the samples of the original bird and Bbu Ryak brand was the best. 11 stars were obtained, while the samples of the Pathfinder, Keller stone and St. flee brand were relatively poor in quality, and got 8 stars.
