Special Rectification Of Furniture, Clothing And Other Products

From the beginning of April to October 15th, our province will carry out special rectification on the quality of seven kinds of furniture, wood-based panels, decorative materials, toys, clothing, paint and accessories.

It is understood that the key enterprises in this regulation are unlicensed toys, porcelain tiles, concrete antifreeze, solvent based wood coatings and illegal production enterprises that have not obtained the production license and artificial boards, and the enterprises that produce conditions that can not maintain the production of qualified products, especially small and medium-sized enterprises, whose production conditions are not in conformity with the conditions for obtaining evidence, and the production enterprises that have more prominent problems in product quality supervision and spot checks in recent seven years, and produce "black dens" of the counterfeit and shoddy products of the seven category.

The Provincial Quality Supervision Bureau has made specific disclosures on the contents of the seven categories of product renovation.

Among them, furniture mainly inspects the illegal production of unlicensed products and unqualified materials such as wood, wood-based panels, adhesives, wood coatings, and other raw and auxiliary materials. The problems such as formaldehyde emission and lead, cadmium and other soluble heavy metals exceed the standard. Toys mainly examine the use of unqualified raw materials, coloring glue and paint, lead and other heavy metals exceeding standard.

Decorative materials are heavy metals such as heavy metals, vinyl chloride monomer, formaldehyde and other harmful substances in wallpaper.

The Provincial Quality Supervision Bureau will organize relevant quality inspection institutions to conduct a supervision and spot check on all newly certified toys, porcelain tiles, concrete antifreeze, solvent based wood coatings, wood-based panels and coatings.

Strict measures should be taken to deal with unqualified products. If the problem is serious, they will be ordered to suspend production and rectification.

After the rectification results of the enterprises are confirmed by the district quality supervision departments, the Provincial Quality Supervision Bureau shall organize the re inspection, and the media shall be exposed and filed for investigation if they fail to make the reexamination or refuse to make rectification.

We shall resolutely confiscate and destroy products that are found to be serious in the supervision of spot checks, and urge enterprises to recall the products that have been sold.
