2023 International Functional Textile New Materials Forum Held

On the morning of November 6, 2023 International Functional Textile New Materials Forum was held in Shaoxing International Convention and Exhibition Center. Representatives of well-known enterprises at home and abroad from upstream and downstream of the industrial chain gathered in Keqiao to discuss new fibers, new materials, new technologies and new trends. Li Bo, director of the Productivity Promotion Department of the China Textile Industry Federation, attended.

Chen Baojian, the chief engineer of the National Textile Product Development Center, delivered a speech with the theme of "Application and Development Trend of International New Functional Textile Materials Technology", which was described in detail from three aspects: the development history, technical application and development trend of functional fibers. The event also held the launching ceremony of "China Textile Information Center Fiber Application and Promotion Platform", which will inject new vitality into promoting fiber industry application and textile product development by linking more upstream and downstream enterprises.

The forum focuses on the transformation and upgrading of the traditional textile industry to new functional materials from a global perspective, aiming to make full use of the opportunities of scientific and technological revolution and industrial reform, accelerate the cultivation of new drivers of economic development, and seize the commanding heights of future industrial competition.
