On the morning of June 16, the signing ceremony of strategic cooperation between Linzhou Municipal People's government and Henan garment industry association was held in the office of Linzhou Hongqiqu economic and Technological Development Zone. The two sides agreed to take Hongqiqu Economic Development Zone as the main position and strive to cultivate the clothing industry into a 10 billion level emerging industry in Linzhou City in 3-5 years. At the same time, we will introduce the "one hundred towns, one thousand villages and ten thousand lines" project, vigorously develop the textile and clothing industry, bridge the gap between urban and rural areas, increase the transfer of employment of rural left behind women, and create a qualified industrial workers team.

Li Maosheng said that with a population of 1.16 million, Linzhou has a GDP of 61.534 billion yuan in 2021, with a urbanization rate of 63%. It is the "hometown of China's construction". The construction workers are mainly male workers, and the clothing industry is mainly female workers, effectively balancing the proportion of male and female workers. In the next step, Linzhou will take the development of textile and clothing industry as a key emerging industry to help rural revitalization, actively carry forward the spirit of the red flag canal, and make the clothing industry an important industry to promote people's livelihood, bring employment, and promote the high-quality development of county economy in Linzhou!

Zhang Yan said that Linzhou is a city with a large population and a large number of left behind women, which is very suitable for the introduction of the textile and clothing industry.
