   The micro nano fiber nonwovens prepared by electrospinning have high specific surface area and high adsorption properties. They can be used to prepare high value-added industrial textiles such as high-efficiency low resistance filter materials, directional diffusion water-conducting sanitary materials, etc., which is one of the key development directions of China's textile industry in the 13th five year plan. With the controllable and stable mass production of production technology, high added value of products and complete intellectual property system, "key technology and industrialization of macro preparation of high curvature liquid surface electrospun nonwovens" won the first prize of science and technology award of China Textile Industry Federation in 2019.
   How about the industrialization development of the project in the past two years? What kind of iteration does the technology implement? On July 19, Chen Siqi, Deputy Secretary General of textile light foundation, Li Yuhao, Deputy Secretary General of China Industrial Textiles Industry Association, and other four people came to Suzhou Jiuyi high tech non woven Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "91 high tech") as one of the enterprises undertaking the project and paid a return visit to the project.
   According to the introduction, the project has established the theory of precise control of the diameter of micro and nano fibers under the single jet controlled jet stretching, established the jet stretching refinement model induced by medium, solved the problems of uncontrollable spinning process and uncontrollable diameter dispersion of micro and nano fibers, and reduced the CV value of micro nano fibers dimension diameter to less than 30%. The project has constructed the dynamic balance free surface multi jet control theory, and developed a series of space symmetric free surface spinning nozzles. The multi jet spacing is only 5 mm, the envelope angle is stable at 10 degrees, and the fiber diameter CV value is reduced to less than 15%. The fiber diameter distribution is greatly reduced, and the production capacity of single nozzle is more than 250 ml / h, which is 160 times of the traditional needle.
   At the same time, the project invented the vertical and horizontal multi module phase compensation netting technology, respectively realizing gradient variable embedding (horizontal) and high orientation (vertical) netting of micro and nano fibers, laying the foundation for the industrial preparation of micro nano narrow distribution fiber nonwoven filter materials and oriented moisture and directional diffusion water and sanitation materials. The production line with 1800mm width, 4 modules and 8 nozzles developed by the project team has an annual production capacity of more than 1.5 million square meters.
   According to Wang Rongwu, a professor and doctoral director of Donghua University, the project studied the low-speed sub melting point hot rolling composite technology of micro nano nonwovens with diameter and pore gradient structure and PP / PE dual component hot-air substrate, as well as bidirectional hot-air high-speed composite technology. The filtration efficiency of the filter material prepared is more than 99.999%, and the filtration resistance is less than 106pa; The high oriented PLA micro nano fiber composite hot air process of PLA / es substrate was developed. The directional diffusion water conducting sanitary material was prepared. The liquid diffusion velocity ratio in different directions was > 6, and the liquid penetration rate was > 3 ml / s · cm. The project has authorized 46 national patents, formulated one industry standard, and published 50 SCI papers, forming a complete intellectual property system.
   Founded in 2015, the team of 8 people has established a reputation in the industry with its persistent pursuit of technology and products. Every year, the company grows rapidly with a compound growth rate of more than 30%. According to Wang puguo, general manager of Jiuyi High Tech Co., Ltd., he and Mr. Wang Rongwu met at the start-up stage of the company, and the consistency of their ideas and goals made them hit it off.
   The road of entrepreneurship and innovation is always full of difficulties and twists. 91 high tech does not want to follow the old way of copying foreign technical routes, and has its own unique features from the structural design to the appearance of non-woven equipment. The early R & D progress was not smooth, and only two or three sets of equipment could succeed. Until 2017, the speed and width of the equipment of 91 high tech had been greatly improved, and the production efficiency of the enterprise was also improved.
   In the container box meeting room in the Jiuyi high tech plant, Wang Rongwu showed the products produced by the project's iterative production technology, with everything from fabrics to facial masks. Electrospinning provides a solution for industrialization of high value-added and functional micro nano nonwovens. In addition, it can also be used in wound accessories and other fields.
