According to a textile worker, there are no fewer people in the whole textile market. In addition to the staff in each shop, there are hardly any people looking for samples and making inquiries in the market. As the forefront of the whole industry chain, the degree of liveliness in the market can predict the future trend of textile market. But now the silence is obviously not good news. Without the sample exchange between customers and traders, it is almost impossible to place any orders later. Of course, a serious imbalance between supply and demand will also break the relationship between suppliers and customers.
One "cloth" send more, customers play a routine
The normal order process of customers is to send samples to suppliers first, and then suppliers provide the same or similar samples to customers and quote at the same time. Under normal circumstances, customers will only send samples to many suppliers who are most suitable for this kind of products, but the operation mode of customers is obviously changing recently.
To send the same sample to many different suppliers, in fact, the customer's purpose is very simple, that is, to choose the cheapest one at the same time. Under the epidemic situation, all textile related industries have a hard time, so it is justifiable to do so, but it will seriously damage the textile operating environment.
First of all, it will seriously reduce the profit space of suppliers. In recent years, the overall textile industry is in the state of overcapacity, and the textile profit has always been only about 10%. However, the current customers only regard low prices as heroes, which will inevitably lead to low price competition among suppliers, and eventually the profit margin will shrink further, which will hit the enthusiasm of suppliers in production.
At the same time, it will also disturb the market order. If the order quantity of a certain kind of product is more than one million meters, the customer inquires from multiple suppliers. Then it will give the market a false impression, that is, a certain variety of orders have more than one million meters to be issued, which may stir up the price of a certain fabric variety, which is not conducive to the normal transaction of the market.
This year's textile market order shortage has lasted for nearly half a year, in this state, the terminal customers holding orders must be in the position of absolute voice. However, if we blindly pursue low prices and choose one "sample" to send more than one, it may be counterproductive, which will not only chill the hearts of suppliers, but also may not necessarily obtain real low prices.
Not only is the relationship between traders and customers undergoing subtle changes, but also some dyeing factories are quietly changing.
Dyeing fee seems to be "strong", but in fact, there is huge room for negotiation
As the absolute "rare variety" in the textile market, the dyeing fee of dyeing factory is always the same. But is this special market still the case this year? "Dyeing fee has no change, no price reduction" is almost the most common sentence heard in the market. Why are all kinds of textile prices so strong?
As a matter of fact, dyeing fees are falling. Those who are familiar with the printing and dyeing Market know that there are several price increases every year, especially in the peak season. But this year, we hardly hear any notice of price increase from any dyeing factory, which is virtually a price reduction.
However, in fact, there is a price reduction in dyeing factories, but the price reduction is conditional. Many ordinary traders are hard to reach. This condition is large quantity. It is obvious that the number of orders received by e-dyeing enterprises this year is not good enough. However, the number of orders received by e-dyeing enterprises is not enough.
According to the introduction of one trader, the orders of those traders are not enough for one year. For this reason, as long as we get a lot of orders from other places, we have to discuss the price. Not long ago, a factory director from a foreign dyeing factory came to him and promised that he would pay 0.8 yuan / meter for dyeing as long as the quantity was large, while the normal dyeing cost of his fabric was more than 1.5 yuan / m, which was almost half the price.
In fact, it is very common for large and small dyeing factories to give in to large customers. As long as the production and dyeing cost can be maintained, it can be negotiated. However, some of our retail investors with less orders are still "enjoying" the dyeing fee without discount, making up for the losses of the dyeing factory on the major customers, and also competing with the major customers for the limited resources of the dyeing factory.
The unprecedented off-season is quietly changing many rules in the market, suppliers and customers began to fight wits and courage, strong dyeing factory began to bow to customers. Of course, this is conducive to the development of textile, but we can not ignore the disruption to the textile market.
