Kampuchea's garment processing industry is the largest export industry of Cambodia, creating a large number of jobs - about 1100 factories employ 750 thousand workers. As one of the four pillar industries in Kampuchea, more than 60% of the industry's accessories are imported from China.

China Ocean Shipping Group, Orient Overseas Container Shipping Co., Ltd., China Foreign Trade Transportation Corporation, Haifeng logistics group and other enterprises form a joint guarantee force for the textile raw material transportation.

Wu Guoquan said that with the joint efforts of the Chinese and Cambodian governments and the efforts of the relevant enterprises, China's textile raw materials will be delivered to the Kampuchea factory as fast as possible and the losses to the Cambodian side should be kept to a minimum.
