The First International Conference On Sustainable Fashion Alliance Was Held By Ruyi Group, And 24 Companies Signed The Fashion Convention.

   Functional textiles learned: In October 25th, the international sustainable fashion alliance, founded by many fashion and textile giants around the world, held its first working conference in Paris to identify organizational structure and work issues for the alliance.

In August this year, the world's 32 fashion and textile giants signed a historic "Fashion Pact" (Fashion Convention) at the French presidential residence, Elys e e Palace, making solemn promises around the three major themes, such as slowing down the trend of climate change, restoring species diversity and marine protection, and making it the only invited business in the mainland of China.

At this work conference, 24 new companies signed the fashion convention, bringing the total number of signed companies to 56, covering about 250 brands.

The work conference also focused on the governance convention of the fashion convention, the organizational structure of member development and how to translate its commitment into specific objectives. At the same time, Signing company agreed to report progress in September 2020.

In order to improve the awareness of environmental protection of fashion enterprises and enhance their action in sustainable innovation, last April, French President Ma long long appointed Fran ois-Henri Pinault, chairman of Kai Yun group, combined with the global fashion and textile giants to form a sustainable fashion alliance, and formulated the Fashion Pact environmental protection convention to jointly promote the sustainable development process of the whole fashion industry.

The Convention on Fashion Pact has set up the three major themes of the Convention on mitigation of climate change, restoration of species diversity and marine protection.

By 2030, 100% of renewable energy will be used in the day-to-day operation of enterprises.

Control microfiber pollution and formulate strategies for protecting species diversity in agriculture, forestry and mining.

Try to stop using disposable plastic packaging in B2B and B2C channels in 2030.

Improving the social inclusion of the overall supply chain, providing excellent working conditions and fair remuneration for employees, and empowering small producers and women workers in low-income countries.
