In October 11th, during the Shanghai fashion week, the Yangtze River Delta fashion industry alliance was formally established by the China Textile Industry Federation, Orient International (Group) Co., Ltd., Shanghai Textile Association, Shanghai economic and Information Committee, Shanghai Business Committee, Shanghai Municipal People's Government Cooperation Office, Shanghai Industrial Economic Federation and Shanghai Fashion Week Organizing Committee as the guiding body.

The Yangtze River Delta fashion industry alliance, established in Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Anhui, Jiangxi, Fujian and Shandong, has been involved in textile and garment design and manufacturing, fashion innovation, technology research and development, brand marketing, Internet application and other fields, as well as the enthusiastic response and participation of the textile and Garment Association, chamber of Commerce, well-known enterprises, industrial clusters and universities. Tong Jisheng, party secretary and chairman of the alliance chairman and Orient International (Group) Limited, proposed at the conference that the alliance will deepen regional cooperation in the Yangtze River Delta, gradually weaken the economic boundaries and market boundaries of the region, adhere to the win-win development of cooperation, and change the "small, weak and scattered" overall advantages of the Yangtze River Delta fashion industry as "big, strong and concentrated", leading the whole country, leading Asia and leading the world. It is the first director general of the Federation from Shanghai to become the fifth largest fashion capital in the world and the Shanghai Fang Zhou International Group Co., Ltd.; the Oriental International Group Co., Ltd. is also the largest state-owned enterprise and leading enterprise in the overall strength of the domestic textile and garment industry.

The general assembly of the fashion industry alliance of the Yangtze River Delta has set up 8 professional branches. They are: scientific and technological innovation branch, wool textile industry association, innovative trade branch, talent education branch, industrial cluster branch, Creative Park Branch, brand development branch and design power branch. At the same time, a group of experts and scholars and fashion professionals were invited to be the League advisers.
