A small fish sprays up happily, and its tail draws clear water on the water. Its home is the fish tank in the ultrafiltration process of the water recycling project of the Fu Shi group. The tail water discharged from the sewage treatment plant is treated by deep treatment and turning waste into treasure. Every year, 5 million tons of dyeing and finishing water can be produced for domestic textile products, and a Gaomi City North reservoir can be saved in one year. Starting from the construction in May 2018 and starting the water supply in July 2019, many Japanese people poured their efforts and sweat into the water saving project with both economic and social benefits.


"We need to anticipate the foreseeable environmental requirements in the next 5 to 10 years." With the entrepreneurial consciousness and vision, Sun Rigui, chairman of Fu Ye group, proposed the goal of zero discharge of sewage in the whole industrial park in the future. Along with the continuous reports of water quality monitoring reports with good data, the goal is becoming clearer and more and more remote.


Water users should first be water-saving.


As a state-level green factory and the national textile and energy saving and emission reduction technology application demonstration enterprise, the group is one of the largest household textile producers in the world. The annual high quality home textile products can provide the earth with a width of 70 cm and a length of 5 circles equator. Tens of thousands of towels, towel towels, bath towels, bathrobes, bedding and decorative fabrics are required to produce a large amount of industrial water for printing and dyeing.


Before the construction of reclaimed water reuse project, softening water used in home textile factories was made from tap water. With the rapid development of economy and society, the shortage of water resources and the pollution of water environment are becoming more and more prominent. The transformation of industrial water sources from tap water, river water to reclaimed water has become the general trend. To deal with water problems and build water-saving enterprises, we should do something for this water shortage era.


Now that we have to do it, we must do well and work hard. The group has incorporated its own industrial park sewage treatment plant and Gaomi City sewage treatment plant into the water intake area. After consultation and demonstration, it is concluded that the quality of the tail water of the sewage treatment plant can meet the requirements of the production of domestic textile industry and the users of the surrounding society.


With the recognition of the upstream water intake and the recognition of the downstream water users, the architectural design and Research Institute of Shandong Jian Da made a logical conclusion: "preparatory work is well prepared, technically feasible and economically reasonable. It is recommended to reply as early as possible, start construction as soon as possible, maximize the efficiency of water supply, and create favorable conditions for the economic and social development of the industrial park."


Forerunners must be explorers.



There is not much precedent in the industry to prepare water for dyeing and finishing process with large-scale regeneration of tailwater from sewage treatment plant. Wang Peng, head of the water recycling project of the group, admits that the whole project started from the very beginning and explored and built on the side of "taking risks".


The quality of tail water of sewage treatment plant is easily affected by seasonal factors, such as pH value, chroma, hardness, iron and manganese content and other indicators in an uncontrollable fluctuation state. For this reason, Firth group first carried out the high frequency water quality tracking and monitoring of the tail water of the sewage treatment plant, and grasped the statistics of the first hand index data, which laid the foundation for the subsequent determination of targeted processing technology. In the process of repeated technical exchanges with Shandong Jianzhu University and other institutions, with the equipment, building, structure, electrical, instrumentation, ventilation, automatic control and other programs being repeatedly modified and optimized, the Vosges group finally finalized the overall solution of "mixed flocculation sedimentation tank + ozone activated carbon + ultrafiltration + reverse osmosis".


Taking ultrafiltration process as an example, in order to remove impurities such as particles, colloids, suspended solids and other impurities in water, it is faced with the problem of whether to adopt positive pressure or immersion type. They listened to Wu Daoji, Dean of the school of municipal and environmental engineering, Shandong Jianzhu University, and worked with the leading suppliers of ultrafiltration equipment to study how to match the pre installation facilities to maximize the service life of the ultrafiltration membrane and maximize the water production rate. After learning about the successful supply of water from the water recycling project of the Fu Shi Group, Professor Zhu Zhaoliang of Shandong Jianzhu University sent a circle of friends, calling it the "typical case of the largest sewage treatment plant in Shandong Province as the source of the tailwater and the treatment and reuse of printing and dyeing industrial water".


The evaluation of water quality reaching the standard was verified by Xue Yongxi, director of the towel factory five of the Fu Shi group. He said: "we used the dyeing and finishing process water produced in the process of reclaimed water reuse in the production process instead of the softened water prepared before using tap water." Next, after satisfying the internal water consumption, the company will also provide water to the surrounding industrial enterprises and generate greater social benefits.


From the upgrading pumping station of the sewage treatment plant to the water recycling project of the Fu Shi Group, the water pipeline has been laid for 6 kilometers. During the 6 kilometers, the pipeline must cross the road, cross the bridge and cross the river, and the construction machinery operation space is affected by greening, all of which increase the difficulty of construction. Wang Peng recalled that some of the pipes were laying in the middle of the winter. "Digging down, the water has not been pumped up, and it has frozen to pieces." Today, the 6 kilometer pipeline is constantly bringing wastewater into the pipeline. The waste water from the sewage treatment plant of the Fu Tian Industrial Park will become a safe water that allows the fish to swim and become the standard water that can make industrial use and create new value.


Seeing the whole picture, the clear water reflects the efforts of the Fu Tian Industrial Park towards the zero discharge of waste water. It reflects the example and exploration of the group in the field of green production such as intensive land use, cleaner production, waste utilization, and low energy consumption.
