The website of Anning City Government announced that the Sino United Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., Yunnan province central China Industrial Development Refco Group Ltd and Anning City Government signed an investment agreement on the comprehensive development and construction project of Anping Taiping International Kang Kang Wen Brigade (thematic reading).

It is understood that this is the fifth cultural tourism project signed by Taiping since the end of the year. The remaining 4 are: Shenshu Valley Xinye tourism economic Park, Hongxing farm international tourism resort, Huayi Brothers (Anning) film world and "hope field" Rural Revitalization Project.

The comprehensive development and construction project of Anping Taiping International Kang culture and tourism city will be located in the southern part of Taiping new city, with a total investment of about 30 billion yuan.

The project is divided into six phases, including residential, kindergarten and related living facilities.

From two to six, residential and ancillary Education (kindergartens and primary schools), supporting businesses, farm markets, commercial complexes, nursing homes or apartments for the elderly will be completed.

District nursing homes, district sports centers, junior high schools, high schools, new industries, medical facilities, district health service centers, community service centers, postal facilities and other emerging industries.

The first phase of the project is scheduled for construction before October 2019, and will be completed before September 2022.

In Anning City, which is only more than 30 kilometers away from the main city of Kunming, it relies on the construction of Taiping new city and the urban renewal of the main urban area in Anning City.

It has not only introduced the famous commercial projects such as Oteri J, Xinyue Plaza, and other important supporting projects such as the new Kunhua hospital and so on, but has become a prominent business in the surrounding areas of Kunming.

I believe that with the relocation of Quincy toll station and the opening of the future light rail pit, Taiping new town will speed up the development of Kunming Dianchi rim, and the commercial development of the region will also usher in an opportunity for development.
