I. discussion and analysis of business conditions

During the reporting period, the company achieved operating income of 4 billion 362 million yuan, down 1% compared to the same period last year, mainly due to the fact that the brand sales of the company were affected by the downturn of the entity store under the clothing retail line, which decreased by 7% compared with the same period last year, and the revenue of the foreign trade business of the company increased steadily by 2%.

During the reporting period, the total profit and net profit of the company were 64 million 590 thousand yuan and 37 million 670 thousand yuan respectively, which achieved a profit of 0.09 yuan per share and a sharp decrease compared with the same period last year, mainly due to a 7% increase in the period of fees and a substantial reduction in the current disposable income.

The total assets at the end of the year were 2 billion 948 million yuan, up 8% from the beginning of the year.
