In August 1st, after the end of the national textile industry precise poverty alleviation promotion conference, the organizers organized the participants to visit the textile industry park and the poverty alleviation factory in the red temple area in order to further understand the current situation of poverty alleviation in Wuzhong City.

The investment and construction by Wu Zhong Xing min Textile Technology Co., Ltd. is a key investment attraction project in autonomous region and Wu Zhong city. It covers an area of 334 mu, with a total construction area of 151176 square meters, and a new 200 thousand spindles competition. The total investment of 1000 looms is 1 billion 500 million yuan.

The project is completed in three phases, one phase of 100 thousand spindles, starting in September 2017, two 100 thousand spindles, and 2018 September; three stage 1000 looms, and construction in 2019 September.

The first phase project invested 300 million yuan in fixed assets. Since its foundation in September 26, 2017, it has been progressing smoothly. So far, the main body of the 1 spinning workshop (35000m) has been completed. At present, the machinery and equipment in every workshop have begun to install and debug in the factory.

The equipment is advanced, has a blowing carding unit, a self drawn leveling drawing frame, Siro compact spinning, and equipped with foreign fiber detection function.

856 sets of domestic and international first-class equipment, can produce Modal, Tencel, Tianzhu, Finland viscose, Lan Jing viscose, copper ammonia, Lyocell functional environment-friendly new type of pure spinning and blending special yarn for all kinds of high-end home textiles, high-quality underwear, decoration and clothing.

It can produce all kinds of new fibers in one year after delivery.

12000 tons, the output value of 300 million yuan, profits and taxes 20 million yuan.

Products sold to Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Guangdong, Fujian and other places, customer source stability.

The first phase was put into operation at the end of June 2018. Up to now, 200 local trainees have been recruited. At the end of September, the total production reached more than 600 people in the local labor force, and 2200 workers will be employed after the three phase is put into operation. The average monthly salary will reach about 2600 yuan per person, which will effectively solve the problem.

The employment problem of the rural population will enable the villagers to work at home to achieve the goal of poverty alleviation and precise poverty alleviation.
