The Certification Of Occupational Standards For Nonwovens Manufacturers Will Be Held In Foshan.

In June 20th, the occupational standards for nonwovens manufacturers will be held in Foshan. Sun Xiaoyin, director of the vocational skills appraisal and guidance center of the textile industry, Li Guimei, vice president of China Industrial Textiles Association, and more than 30 representatives from non-woven related universities, enterprises and institutions and standard drafting units attended the meeting. 　　

The conference informed the preparatory work, compilation and solicitation of the work standards of nonwoven fabrics, and introduced the working process and contents in detail. The members of the expert group listened to the drafting group's introduction to the formulation of the standard formulation and the summary of the soliciting opinions. The text of the standard manuscript was discussed one by one and one by one. It was agreed that the nonwoven manufacturer was the new occupation of the newly revised "National Occupation Classification ceremony" in 2015. Through the compilation of standards, it is of great significance to further enhance the professional ability of the workers and promote the construction of skilled personnel in the nonwoven industry to further meet the needs of industry development, enterprise production and operation, human resources management, vocational education training and personnel evaluation work. 　　

The expert group held that the standards were in strict accordance with the requirements of the 2018 edition of the technical regulations for national vocational skills standards issued by the Ministry of human resources and social security, and made in-depth studies on the professional status, job placement and knowledge and skills requirements of nonwoven manufacturing workers. Many investigations, soliciting opinions and revisions were closely related to the development of industries and the actual production of enterprises. The occupational functions, work contents, skills requirements and related knowledge were clearly defined, and the levels were clear and comprehensive, with strong operability and foresight, which laid a solid foundation for carrying out vocational training, career evaluation and vocational education, and agreed to pass the examination.

After the meeting, the drafting group will further modify, improve and report the examination and approval according to the experts' opinions.
