The Number Of Private Equity Products Has Hit A New Low This Year.

Despite the impressive performance of the private equity fund in October, the number of private equity funds and the number of private equity funds is not high, due to the impact of the National Day holiday and the introduction of regulatory measures and policies.

From the point of view of product type, the self issued products occupy an absolute advantage, with a circulation of 673, accounting for 76%; the trust product circulation is 81, accounting for 9%; the distribution of information management products by brokerages is 67, accounting for 8%; and that of futures accounts is 54, accounting for 6%.

From the perspective of fund strategy, the stock strategy also took the lead. In October, a total of 326 stock strategy products were issued, accounting for 37%, followed by composite strategy products, which issued 140 shares, accounting for 16%.

In October, a total of 91 issued, accounting for 10%.

Through the above statistics, we can find that the new record and the newly issued products still occupy an absolute advantage in the number of private enterprises, and the proportion of independent issuance is increasing. This reflects that the standardization of the development of the private sector has been further improved.

The volume of liquidation was much worse than the volume and circulation of the record, and the private equity products in liquidation sharply decreased.

According to statistics from the private row network data center, a total of 187 private equity products were liquidated in October, a decrease of 44% compared with September, setting a new low this year.

Among them, 14 products for early liquidation, accounting for 7%.

From a strategic point of view, the row leader found that event driven strategy occupies the top spot in this month's liquidation product volume, a total of 35, the number of liquidation accounts for 19%, followed by the stock strategy, a total of 30, the number of liquidation accounts for 16%.

Once again, there are a total of 22 futures trading strategies, accounting for 12% of liquidation.
