LVMH Will Add Two Women Directors To Men And Women To Balance.

As the world's largest luxury group, the gender structure of the board of directors of LVMH Mo t Hennessy Louis Vuitton SA (LVMH.PA), MOET & CHANDON, Hennessy LV group is seriously tilted. Only 4 of the 20 directors are women, while the 12 directors of the Executive Committee are only Chantal Gaemperle of the group's human resources and collaborative executive vice president.

To show the group's efforts in balancing the rights of men and women, LVMH will propose two new female directors at the annual general meeting held in April 14th. They are Clara Gaymard

Clara Gaymard has been in charge since 2006 to the beginning of this year.

(NYSE:GE) former chief executive officer of the French division of General Electric, general motors, before serving as senior French government official, including Invest in France Agency, President of the French government investment department since 2003.

She is also co founder of Raise, a capital investment company.

Economist Natacha Valla worked for the European Central Bank, the Banque de France, the French bank, and joined the Goldman Sachs Group Inc (NYSE:GS) Goldman Sachs as a managing director in 2008.

She is currently Deputy Director of CEPII, the main think-tank in France, responsible for macroeconomic and international financial projects.
