In the domestic textile equipment, the traditional fiber processing equipment such as cotton, wool, hemp and silk has a large proportion, and the processing equipment for industrial textiles needs to develop vigorously.

New high-end textile equipment, such as differentiation, refinement, high speed, energy saving, consumption and functionalization, still rely mainly on imports. For example, over 90% of high-end spinning and blowing carding machines, automatic winding machines, large chemical fiber equipment, shuttleless looms and nonwoven equipment are mainly dependent on imports.

Textile machinery design and manufacture integration, modularization, automation, information technology is not widespread.

The share of domestic equipment will be raised to 70% in the future.

In the next 5~15 years, China's textile equipment should enhance its capability of independent innovation and create famous brands of textile machinery.

The combination of basic theory research and industrialization will enhance the capability of independent innovation of textile equipment.

The market share of domestic equipment increased from 60% to 70%, and exports accounted for more than 30% of the output value of the same period.

Continuously improving the level of product technology and narrowing the gap with international advanced technology, the dependence of equipment products import is further reduced, and the textile equipment products developed by independent innovation account for more than 50%.

At the same time improving the technical review of textile machinery products and the quantity of products exported, we will strive to create 100 brand-name products.

We will accelerate the development of various high-end textile equipment.

We should strengthen technical research on various links in the textile industry chain, such as high-tech fiber, new industrial textiles, ecological dyeing and finishing technology, and upgrading of traditional textile processing technologies. We will accelerate the development of all kinds of high-tech fiber preparation technology and equipment, industrial textiles processing technology and equipment, green environmental protection dyeing and finishing technology and equipment, and promote the upgrading of traditional textile machinery to high performance and high quality.

Application of new technology to optimize product mix.

Popularizing new technologies, new processes and new materials, increasing the research and development efforts of industrial textile equipment and energy-saving products, accelerating the application of energy saving and emission reduction technologies in textile machinery manufacturing, reducing the emissions of major pollutants in manufacturing process by 10%, and increasing the utilization rate of materials from 80% to 85%.

The structure of textile products has been optimized, and the market share of industrial textiles has increased year by year.
