Trial sale contract

The seller is a person who is a customer.

Sixth article

It is agreed that the RMB shall be paid for the renminbi, and the deposit shall be paid by Party B at the same time when the contract is established.

If the paction is established, the margin shall be part of the premium, if the paction is not established, it shall be returned by Party A.

After seventh probation, Party B considers that it is unqualified, or if the trial is not completed, it is necessary to continue the trial. It may request the Party A to replace or extend the period, but when Party A disagrees with it, it may refuse it.

After eighth probation, if Party B thinks that it is qualified, the payment shall be paid in full within the first day of probation, and no delay or default should be made.

The ninth way to settle disputes in contracts: the disputes arising from the execution of this contract shall be settled through consultation between the two parties; it can also be mediated by the local administrative departments for Industry and commerce; if consultation or mediation fails, the following methods shall be adopted:

(1) to submit the arbitration to the Arbitration Commission;

(two) bring a lawsuit to the people's court according to law.
