Broolyn Will Be The Next Fashion District In New York.

In the industrial park of Sunset Park, Broolyn has recently attracted 25 fashion companies, including swimwear brand Malia Mills, jewellery start-up business platform BaubleBar, designer brand Steven Alan, and so on.

In addition, men's clothing brand Ball and Buck, women's wear brand Lankka, men's swimsuit brand Retromarine and Creativo Surface also set up the printing cloth design studio here.

Naturally there is a retail shop -- designer brand Rag & Bone has established a retro shop in the industrial park.

Alexis Bittar, the jewellery designer who won the 2010 American fashion designers' annual Accessories Designer Award, was also relocated to a 17 thousand square foot (1579.3 square meter) site in Sunset Park in the Broolyn Dumbo area by media reports.

Nevertheless, compared with the rent of $45 per square foot at Fort Williams, a famous scenic spot in Broolyn, the rent of the industrial park in the Sunset Park is stable at $20, sometimes even less.

More importantly, these industrial style buildings are on the edge of the waterway, and for pportation reasons, they are also adjacent to the railway, providing convenience for the fashionable companies.

Tim King, founder of Real Estate Company, Broolyn, said: "in the next ten years, the industrial city will undergo tremendous changes. We are still in the bud stage.

Sunset Park is like a space rocket just launched, and will enter the outer space at full speed in the next few weeks.
