The applicant requested anti-dumping investigations on imported optical fiber prefabricated rods originating in Japan and the United States.

< p > the Ministry of Commerce, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the anti dumping regulations of the People's Republic of China, has examined the qualifications of the applicant, the relevant conditions of the application for investigation of products, the situation of similar products in China, the impact of the product on the domestic industry, and the state of the application for investigation.

At the same time, the Ministry of Commerce has reviewed the evidence concerning dumping, damage and the causal relationship between dumping and damage.

The preliminary evidence provided by the applicant indicates that the output of optical fiber preform produced by the applicant and the Jiangsu Electronics Company Limited, beacon Telecom Polytron Technologies Inc and Zhongtian science and Technology Precision Material Co., Ltd. in 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013 accounted for more than 50% of the total output of similar products in China over the same period, which accords with the eleventh, thirteenth and seventeenth provisions of the People's Republic of China anti-dumping regulations on anti-dumping investigations filed by domestic industries.

At the same time, the application includes the contents and relevant evidence required by the fourteenth antidumping rules of the People's Republic of China and the fifteenth anti-dumping investigations.

All companies mentioned above should submit a complete and accurate answer within the specified time limit. P

The answer should include all the information requested by the questionnaire.

All written answers should be sent to the Ministry of Commerce within 37 days from the date of issuance of the questionnaire.

If the respondent company has justified reasons for failing to complete the answer before the expiration date of the written reply, it shall submit a written application for the extension of the written reply to the MOFCOM 7 days before the deadline for submission of the written reply, and state the reasons for the extension and the reason for extension.
