Yancheng spin Vocational and Technical College won the first prize of 2012 Textile Light Education and Teaching Achievements by virtue of "research and practice of talent training mode of three-level platform of school enterprise cooperation and work study integration". Zhang Ronghua, president of Yancheng Textile Vocational and Technical College, explained in detail how this three-level platform model can establish multi-dimensional cooperation space for teachers and students, schools and enterprises. It is reported that the three-level platform construction is to establish a "productive training workshop", "close training base outside the school" and "engineering technology research and development center jointly built by the school and enterprise" through in-depth school enterprise cooperation and school enterprise alliance, implement the talent training mode of combining work with learning and integrating "teaching, learning and doing", and cultivate high-quality and highly skilled talents.


How to establish the three-level platform of work study integration?


On campus productive training factory


The college has built 50 national and provincial key vocational education training bases (training factories) and more than 100 professional experiment and training rooms with the strong support of cooperative enterprises by using national and provincial financial support and self raised funds of 30 million yuan. Productive textile clothing The training factory can design and manufacture spinning, weaving and clothing, and form a number of posts or post groups from design, production and management.


In the construction of the campus training factory, according to the operation mode of modern enterprises, "three introductions" are achieved: first, equipment and technology are introduced from cooperative enterprises; The second is to introduce the advanced management and operation mechanism of cooperative enterprises. The person in charge of the training factory and the workshop director are directly introduced from the enterprise, and the internship instructor is employed or appointed by the enterprise, or the enterprise directly appoints excellent technical personnel. The third is to introduce excellent corporate culture and blend it with school culture. Workshops are classrooms, and students are employees. During students' training in the school factory, the main body of assessment and evaluation is the school. The degree of students' skill mastery and comprehensive application is the core of quality evaluation.


Off campus close training base


In order to improve the quality of students' internship outside the school, the college selects 35 leading backbone enterprises in the region from more than 100 cooperative enterprises to carry out long-term stable and close cooperation.


First, the school signed a cooperation agreement with the enterprise to clarify the responsibilities and obligations of both parties. The second is to strengthen the leadership and assessment of student practice. In each training base, a three-level management team consisting of the heads of the college and enterprise departments, workshop directors, interns, and workers and technicians shall be established to make overall planning and unified management for internships, and the school and enterprise shall jointly educate people.


University Enterprise Joint Construction Engineering Technology Research Center


Yancheng Textile Institute cooperates with Jiangsu Yueda Textile Group and other enterprises to build "Jiangsu Ecological Textile Engineering R&D Center" and "Jiangsu Dyeing and Chemical Materials Engineering R&D Center". The construction of "Engineering Technology R&D Center" follows the principle of "diversified investment and resource sharing". There are also several studios named after professional teachers or projects in the center. Professional teachers have strengthened the contact and cooperation with enterprises through their own studios or design rooms.


On the one hand, when teaching, teachers can take the real production process of enterprises as the main line, and take examples and cases as the core to carry out case teaching; On the other hand, it can lead the outstanding senior students who have spare time to research and solve the practical problems of enterprise production, let students participate in the research and development of technology and products, so that students can master the methods and means to acquire knowledge and skills, and master the ideas and ways of technology and product research and development.


Cultivate a double division team to promote regional economic development


Zhang Ronghua said that such a practice platform really realized the win-win effect of school enterprise cooperation, effectively realized the effective integration of multiple resources inside and outside the school, and promoted the innovation of talent training mode of higher vocational education and the expansion and improvement of social service functions. First of all, it helps students consolidate their theoretical knowledge, improve their technical skills, and cultivate their professional ability and quality. Secondly, the school can not only effectively achieve the teaching objectives with the help of advanced production facilities and equipment of enterprises, but also enjoy the special productive, managerial and operational resources of modern enterprises, greatly enriching the teaching content. The new teaching mode has also greatly improved the comprehensive quality and employment competitiveness of students. In 2010, the college was rated as the advanced collective for the employment of college graduates in Jiangsu Province.


As for the continuous teaching reform, the implementation of the three-level platform talent training model has promoted the construction of the "double qualification structure" team of the college and effectively tempered the "double qualification" teaching team.
