The first phase of global brand investment attraction has been launched

At the forum of the World Footwear Expo held recently, the investment invitation ceremony for the project of the World Footwear Headquarters Base has been officially launched. Industry associations and brand enterprises from many countries at home and abroad signed intent cooperation agreements and formal agreements with the World Footwear Headquarters Base on the spot.

The total planned investment of the project is 2 billion yuan

The project of the World Footwear Headquarters Base located in Houjie Town is invested and developed by Huarui Industrial Investment Co., Ltd. and is positioned as a high-end comprehensive headquarters service platform for the footwear industry. It integrates high-end R&D design, trade logistics, brand display, order and purchase, brand incubation, information consulting and e-commerce in the shoe industry. That is, three major orientations: the platform for the world shoe industry technology to enter China to upgrade and undertake, the import and export trade platform for China's shoe industry to go global, and the high-speed operation service platform for the world shoe industry technology, industry and trade. The completion of the project will drive the transformation and upgrading of China's shoe industry and the development of the entire industrial cluster.

The project has become a leading pilot project for industrial transformation and upgrading in Guangdong Province and a key construction project in Dongguan City, Guangdong Province. The project covers a total area of 160000 square meters, with a building area of 480000 square meters. It is divided into five areas, namely, A, B, C, D and E, and is completed in three phases. The planned investment is 2 billion yuan, which can accommodate nearly 5000 commercial enterprises, solve the employment problem of 20000 to 30000 people, and the annual transaction volume is expected to reach 60 billion yuan after completion.
