The object of this comparison is the 39 samples purchased by the Chinese Consumers Association as an ordinary consumer from 11 large and medium-sized shopping malls, supermarkets and exclusive stores in Beijing, Tianjin and other cities. It basically includes all kinds of knitted underwear products with different grades of 0 years old and ~3 years old, which are sold in Beijing and Tianjin markets, and has strong representativeness.

The purchase price varies from 29.9 yuan to ~1470 yuan per set, including domestic brands and imported goods.

The test results show that all the samples can meet the requirements of relevant standards in terms of safety performance indicators, odor, decomposable aromatic amine dyes, formaldehyde content and conventional quality indicators, color fastness and sewing strength.

At the same time, 25 samples of clothing, buttons sewing strength indicators were tested, and all qualified.

Wash size change rate, fiber content, color fastness (sweat resistance, friction resistance, saliva resistance, water resistance).

There are still varying degrees of problems in terms of strength, pilling and use of commodities.

Water washing size change rate is obvious.

Out of the 39 samples of the comparative test, 15 samples exceeded the standard range.

The size change rate (straight direction) of the nominal "Xiao Mao license card baby dress" is -11.9%; the scale change rate (straight direction) of the nominal "century Doll" cotton wool small shoulder button sleeve is -9.9%.

After washing, the size of these two samples is relatively large, which will affect the wearing again.

Fiber content is inconsistent with sample usage.

At the same time, 11 samples used in the 39 samples of the comparative test did not meet the standard requirements.

Problems of color fastness and pH value

Of the 3 samples tested, the color fastness was lower than the standard.

The nominal "Jottum (You Tong) round neck bow knitted sweater" has the color fastness to perspiration, water fastness and saliva fastness below the standard requirements. "Jottum (You Tong) printed trousers" does not meet the standard requirements for color fastness to rubbing.

The national mandatory standard GB18401 requires more than 4 grade saliva color fastness, and the measured value of Jottum (You Tong) round bow knitted sweater is only 3.

In this comparative test, the pH value of the white three layer warmth fabric is 8.3, which is known as "adzuki bean Shell shell bean upper clothing gift box". It is very weak and alkaline, and it is easy to damage the infant's skin.

The strength and pilling problem are serious.

After testing 10 samples from the sample, including the strength of four buckle, the strength of the button and other non removable attachments, it is shown that two samples have potential safety hazard.

The problem can not be ignored.

The results showed that 24 samples of 39 samples in this comparative test had different quality problems.

The problem of water washing size change rate is more serious.

The Chinese consumers' Association has again reminded and appealed for the problems detected in the three comparative test.

It is particularly reminded that manufacturers should choose safe and environmentally friendly dyes and auxiliaries in the production of infant garments to ensure that every infant garment is safe, environmentally friendly and qualified.

Secondly, consumers should ensure that children are comfortable and safe when buying knitted underwear for infants.

The design of simple, soft fabrics as the first choice, it is best not to buy clothes, rope, belt, buttons more, design cumbersome clothing, and at the same time before the children wear new clothes should pay attention to check whether buttons and other accessories are solid, whether the rope or belt length is a potential threat to children, so as to ensure safety after wearing.

Finally, in order to ensure safety and hygiene, parents are advised to wash the newly acquired infant underwear first and let them wear them again.

Considering the shrinkage of garments after washing, it is suggested that consumers should buy large size items so that children can wear comfortably without affecting the wearing of clothes after washing.
