Quanzhou Leather Fur Industry Billion Enterprises To Boost Economic Growth

The output value of the 137 billion yuan enterprises accounts for 40.6% of the total industrial output value above all scale, stimulating its growth by about 18.7 percentage points, the total volume is large and the growth is fast, which fully demonstrates the competitiveness of large enterprises in our city.

These hundred million enterprises are mainly distributed in leather, fur, feather and down products, textile, clothing, shoes and caps, and non-metallic mineral products. The number of billion enterprises in these three industries has accounted for nearly half of the total.

In the first quarter of this year, the above scale industry in Quanzhou started well, with a total output value of 82 billion 318 million yuan, an increase of 23.5% over the same period last year, and 137 enterprises with a cumulative output value of over 100 billion yuan.

The above scale industry accounts for 82.9% of the total industrial output value and 7.7 percentage points of the GDP growth of the whole city. From the whole province, the industrial output value of above scale industry has increased by 0.4 percentage points higher than the average level of the whole province.
