In the whole concept of big textile,

Home textile industry

It can be said that it is a new and old industry.

In the past 60 years, China's home textiles experienced the development and pformation from "barren" to "luxuriant".

10 years ago, the word "home textiles" could hardly be heard in the industry.

For the first time, the name "home textiles" was registered in the name of the company in Ningbo.

"If we push it for 60 years, we shop at that time to buy cloth from the market and then tailor it to the tailor's shop."

Professor Yang Jisong, an expert on electrostatic flocking in China, recalled nearly 70 years ago. "There is no such thing as a piece of fabric in the market, just a fabric and a bedsheet. Later, the bride and daughter were married in a popular fashion," ten shops and ten covers ", and the quilts used for the wedding were made by themselves.

Long term glory of state owned brands

Facing the reporter's interview, many old experts are very excited.

They say China

Home textile industry

The growth can be described as "overnight like spring breeze", and the speed of development is shocking.

The origin of China's home textiles is mostly attributed to Guangdong.

At that time, the "three brothers in the South China Sea" who dominated the market: Fuji, emperor and Jarno, swept the entire Southeast coastal market.

"The three brothers in the South China Sea" started with a simple idea: to help busy farmers complete the desire of "ten shops and ten covers" at a low price.

"At that time, the business was very good. Although the profit was very thin, it could sell tens of thousands of beds in one year."

Li Jianxiong, chairman of Guangdong Jarno home textile company, recalled the situation at that time.

"Later, a number of home textile and fabric brands emerged in Guangdong."

Su Yonghua, Secretary General of the South China Textile Association, told reporters that "objectively speaking," the three brothers in the South China Sea "promoted or influenced the process of China's home textile industry. They were the initiator of China's home textile brand and the first batch of entrepreneurs to test the water consumption terminals.

They were called "the three treasures of the South China Sea" by the local authorities.

At that time, there was no single brand, let alone professional market. Many industrial clusters in Nantong, Yuhang, Binzhou, Wendeng, Haining and so on, many of them were influenced by Cantonese Merchants, and gradually formed the cluster effect.

The agricultural trade fair was the main venue for bedding sales at that time. For example, now the famous family market of the Permian bridge is the same.

From the peddler hawker roadside sale to the self-employed registration and then to the industrial cluster, China's home textile industry has not been able to get rid of the Chinese economy.

The law is also a gradual process from "barren" to "prosperous".

Looking back at the "point and side" of the development of the textile industry in the past 60 years, we can not fail to mention Shanghai's "old three" which has influenced generations.

Those who came from the planned economy mentioned all three things.

In that era of material shortage, if there was a set of Pacific sheets in bed, it would be extremely glorious.

According to records, the people's Republic of China, the Phoenix and the Pacific have occupied 80% of the market share of the whole country.

Shanghai's "old three" has once been the dream of people in that era. The quality of these state-owned enterprises has always been first-class, and the market has no market competition.

Nowadays, some of these "old three" have disappeared, others are still brilliant.

But in those days, they were the king of the times, the benchmark of the times, and thus became the fixed sign of an era.

The rapid growth of private enterprises

Yang Donghui, vice president of the China Textile Industry Association and honorary president of the China Textile Association, once stressed: "the development of China's home textiles can not cut off the history, nor can we forget the past. We need to take a look at the future, link the past with the future, and innovate the development."

In recent years, because of the fetters of the system and the weak sense of market competition, some state-owned enterprises are gradually submerged by the strong private enterprises with strong desire for existence.

The rapid rise of private textile enterprises dare to break through the old system, flourish and blossom everywhere.

Statistics show that in 2007, the output value of the whole household textile industry reached 790 billion yuan, and the export volume of home textile products reached US $21 billion 560 million. The United States, Japan and the European Union became the most important export markets for Chinese textile products.

China's home textile has formed 10 main home textile industrial clusters, namely, Tongzhou City, Haimen Industrial Park, Shandong, Wendeng, Gaomi City, Zhejiang Yuhang, Xiaoshan, Haining Xu village, Tongxiang hemp Town, Tongxiang, tanker town and so on. Meanwhile, a new generation of home textile enterprises represented by private enterprises such as Luo Lai, Meng Jie, Meng LAN, Futian, fuanna and so on have emerged.

Over the years, the China Home Textile Association has played an indispensable role in promoting the development of the industry.

Organizing home textile design competition, training labor skills, promoting the home textile brand project, promoting the improvement of technology and brand contribution rate, a series of measures to make China's home textile industry continue to move forward in difficulties, especially the annual China International Home Textile Expo, so that China's home textile scientific and technological achievements and the latest achievements have demonstrated the stage, and become an important platform for the industry to exchange and communicate.

Nowadays, under the guidance of the idea of "home textiles", there are more categories in the home textile industry. There are a number of categories, such as towels, quilts, blankets, pads, belts, blinds, bags, kitchens, fabric sofas and all kinds of cushions. Household textiles have gradually become the new favorite of the market from their supporting roles, and the textile industry has three parts of the world with clothing textiles and industrial textiles.

Experts predict that in the next 10 years, the annual growth rate of the home textile market will not be less than 20%. In the next few years, China's household textile consumption will increase by 200 billion yuan ~3000 billion yuan. It can be seen that the whole home textile market has a bright future.

At present, China's home textile industry is in the difficult stage of the global financial situation, but the development space and potential are still huge.

When adjusting and upgrading the home textile industry, we must constantly break through the inherent train of thought, grasp the differences between internal and external needs, create national brands, and promote the development of China's home textile industry to a higher level.
