North China Garment Industry Is Clustered.

In the past two years, the current situation of clothing industry in North China will be changed.

Recently, the garment industry base in South China has been laid foundation. According to the introduction, the base will unite the garment industry in North China and form a regional industrial cluster.

Jing Nan garment industry base is located in Guan South Industrial Park, Hebei province.

According to the introduction, the base integrates clothing research and development, processing and product trading, and will undertake the overall relocation enterprises generated by Beijing Nancheng in the pformation and upgrading of industries.

The total investment of the base project is 15 billion 500 million yuan and has been included in the key projects of Hebei province.

According to Jin Cheng, director of the service and Trade Department of the Hebei Provincial Department of Commerce, the average profit will reach 2 billion 935 million yuan after the completion of the project, with a profit margin of 19% and an internal rate of return of 17.8% after tax.

Huang Yiwei, chairman of base investment and management, Guan Zhejiang newspaper packing park development and Construction Co., Ltd., revealed that the project is divided into two phases, one for park construction and the two for industrial construction.

"The first phase plans to enter 500 garment enterprises, and will build R & D centers, training centers, manufacturing bases, cloth and accessories wholesale markets, logistics distribution centers, star hotels and other related industrial infrastructure in the later stage."

Kim Cheng said that the base will use the Beijing and South Regional domestic and international logistics platform to develop domestic and foreign trade, promote the internationalization of clothing trade commodities and trade circulation in the south of Beijing, attract domestic and foreign related enterprises to invest in related industries, and enable local enterprises to achieve international operation.

At present, the domestic garment industry concentrated area is mainly located in the southeast coast and the Yangtze River Delta region. Although there are many garment manufacturers in North China, most of them are not large and are in a state of stragglers.

According to the insiders, the development of small and medium-sized garment enterprises in the region will not only help the garment enterprises to upgrade themselves, but also help regional economic development.
