According to the notice of the Ministry of human resources and social security on the recommendation of the candidate candidates for the Eleventh China skills award national technical expertise candidate and national skilled personnel training award candidate ([2011]362), the Ministry of human resources and social security decided to organize the Eleventh China skills award, the national technical experts and the National Skills talents outstanding award award in 2012.

The "China skills Award" and the "national technical expertise award recognition and management measures" (the seventh order of the former Ministry of labor and social security) stipulates that all citizens of People's Republic of China have good professional ethics and professionalism, have obtained the title of provincial (industry) technical experts, and have advanced or above professional qualifications or equivalent qualifications.

Candidates for technical expertise in the country are recommended from those who have obtained the title of provincial (industry) technical experts. In principle, they are not recommended by central enterprises.

Three, China skills award selection criteria
