Experts warn that labor disputes will increase every year at the end of the year, especially in the context of this year's "boss running the wind".
The six round of negotiations did not yield results.
One of the sacked executives (Zhang Hai) told reporters that until November 7th, they had held six rounds of consultations with the factory and the local authorities, and both sides put forward their respective views and reasons. The factory agreed to give the final plan of the economic compensation before November 7th.
It was not until the morning of November 8th that the factory gave a reply, but it did not satisfy the 18 executives.
It is understood that Yucheng shoe factory is a new foundry factory which belongs to Yuyuan Industrial (Group) Co., Ltd., Yuyuan group is a Hong Kong listed companies. It is an international brand for Nike, Adidas and other international brands. It is a company of Baocheng group, known as "shoes king" in Taiwan.
In an interview with Zhang Hai, reporters found that the focus of controversy between the two sides was that 18 executives thought the factory was firing too abruptly. At about 4 p.m. in October 27th, the factory suddenly informed the 18 heads of meeting, and the meeting announced that they should terminate their labor contract, and asked 18 people to clear their belongings before going to work that day, and to leave the factory hall for the next day, and to move out of the factory dormitory on the 30 th before 12 o'clock.
Zhang Hai believes that many employees who have worked for more than 10 years have signed unfixed term labor cooperation with factories, and this sudden dismissal is illegal.
Zhang Hai said that economic compensation is on the one hand, and more importantly, we are all old employees. Some people are working on the day of factory establishment. Some people have children in factories and homes. This kind of complete dismissal without prior consultation is heartbreaking.
The factory's reasons for layoffs also can not convince 18 executives, the factory pointed out that due to a substantial reduction in factory orders, business has shrunk seriously, production and operation of serious difficulties, in this sense, the factory decided to lay off workers.
Wang Li (a pseudonym), a dismissal officer, told our reporter that the factory was a new generation of Lun OEM. Compared with those small factories, the order was large and stable. The order volume this year is not much different from that of last year. The most likely reason is that the factory built a factory in Jiangxi 3 years ago, and the current capacity is gradually shifting to Jiangxi to cope with the high cost of the PRD.
Zhang Hai, who provided this reporter with a notice issued by Yucheng shoe factory in November 2nd, said that in response to changes in market demand and environment, the factory will make adjustments in its operational strategy, including strengthening the growth and expansion of Yutai shoe factory (Jiangxi) in terms of business and production capacity.
To this end, the factory will actively join the core team to join Yutai operation, welcome the existing Yucheng team cadres to join, become the first batch of preferred members.

In response, Yu Cheng shoe factory does not agree with a responsible person, he responded to this reporter's interview, there is no view of the pfer of orders.
"Dongguan Yucheng shoes factory and Jiangxi Yutai shoe factory belong to the same group, but they are two independent companies. The production of new models of different types of shoes, equipment and processes are different. They can not pfer orders to each other."
He said that Yucheng shoes factory originally occupied 9 floors for production. Now only 5 floors are in production, and the workers are reduced to more than 5000. This is also the impact of the international environment. Orders from Europe and the United States are shrinking, and the factories are also affected. The reduction of orders is a fact.
"We were supposed to give the final financial compensation before work, but because the 18 executives were not there, we waited until the morning of November 8th to give the results."

In response, Jiang Lin, a special researcher in Dongguan and director of the Department of Finance and taxation of the south of the Five Ridges Institute of Zhongshan University, said in an interview with our reporter that whether the order pfer is good or not, in short, the demand for the top and middle level employees is reduced.
"It also reflects a problem."
Jiang Lin said that now the foundry enterprises in the Pearl River Delta are still relatively passive to respond to the international environment. There is no long-term manpower planning, recruiting when orders are placed, and layoffs when there are no orders, which often incurs no recruitment when they want to recruit people.
Jiang Lin analysis, on the one hand, because the wages of these factory workers themselves are not high, so in the time of compensation, "follow the feeling", if it is a high salary to hire employees, then in the time of layoffs, enterprises may have to weigh more.
"The easier it is to go to the new year, there will be labor disputes."
