Therefore, we should correctly label the labels of textiles so as to ensure that the export products meet the requirements of the importing countries.


Although the label is small, it embodies the integrity of the exporter. It is an important symbol of the product's qualification and is also a specific manifestation of the exporter's responsibility to consumers.

In order to avoid trade disputes and safeguard the quality and credibility of "made in China" clothing, we should strengthen supervision and guidance on the label of clothing components, establish a quality and safety supervision mechanism between regulatory departments and enterprises, and timely identify problems and inform promptly, so as to jointly maintain the quality and credibility of Chinese products.

According to the specific circumstances, we should take daily supervision, special supervision or key supervision to enterprises. For example, clothing exported to Japan is not allowed to be mixed with foreign bodies such as broken pins. We will carry out special supervision on products exported to Japan. For example, enterprises that produce sensitive products such as infant clothing and underwear, we can adopt key regulatory forms.

In order to improve the risk awareness of product quality, enterprises should choose raw materials suppliers with better management and higher credibility, and strictly carry out production and processing according to the requirements of the contract. At the same time, when signing contracts with importers, they can not blindly lower the cost in order to obtain orders, and purchase low quality raw materials and reduce the quality of products.

A complete set of procurement self inspection system must include: import list of each batch of raw materials, quality inspection report of raw materials, internal records of buyers and quality inspectors, and detailed information of suppliers.

When the content of a fiber in a blend product is above 85%, the percentage of its quality should be stated after its name, or the "minimum 85%" should be marked, or the percentage of quality of each component of the product should be indicated.


In the absence of a fiber content of 85% in the EU blend, the names and percentage of the two main fibers should be marked at least, and the names of other fibers will be written in the order of quality.

However, when all fibers are less than 10%, they are uniformly marked with "other fibers" or give the percentage error of the percentage of each fiber composition: 2% of the foreign fiber can be allowed in the textile products, but it must be proved that the external fiber is due to technical reasons. If a rough process is adopted, it can be relaxed to 5%; the content of the label and the result of the actual test can allow 3% processing error.
