After many years of manufacturing pfer, Chinese manufacturing enterprises have accumulated more capital, and some manufacturing enterprises have already accumulated initial technological accumulation. Over the past few years, the rapid progress of China's industrialization process is at the expense of high energy consumption and sacrificing the environment. The excess profits earned by the whole industrial enterprises rely largely on low cost to consume energy and environment.

The consumption of non renewable resources and the total amount of the environment is limited. The more consumption in the earlier stage means the less renewable resources and the less total environment will be, the worse the sustainability of economic growth will be.

Therefore, economic pformation must enhance the economic output of unit resources and environment. It is imperative to promote energy conservation and emission reduction and new energy application. Even if we sacrifice a little short-term economic growth for this reason, it is also worthwhile in the long run.

2011 is a year of connecting the past and the future.

But freezing is not a cold day.

Economic restructuring is a long way to go. We must not rush to achieve rapid economic restructuring within a few years. A smooth, gradual and rational pformation of the economic structure is the way to sustainable development.
